Domino's Pizza in Blaenau Gwent

Literally don’t deliver 15 minutes away, what kind of place doesn’t deliver within this time. Absolute joke of an establishment.

I am not sure what has recently happened at this branch. My recent experience was shocking. Long story short I had to wait 45 mins for my order that was supposed to be ready. After coming home I also discovered that after this long wait my cheeseburger pizza was missing a sauce. Customer facing staff are untrained and unprofessional. I had a giggle in my face multiple times when I was losing my patience asking what the issue is. The store manager never bothered to speak to me and resolve the situation but was doing very well hiding on the back of the store. When phoned with a complaint the manager was also unavailable to speak to me. By far this was my worst take away experience ever. After 2 emails, 4 phone calls and a lot of lost nerves I received a refund from the head office but In future I will definitely consider any other take away before I decide to have Domino's from the Ebbw Vale branch.

Had a thin crust and a double decadance pizza yesterday, both pizza's were cooked well, slightly too much cheese sauce on the double decadance made it messy, but other than that it tasted lovely, thanks.

Completely got my order wrong. They Put meat on everything, which I didn’t ask for. So I Couldn’t eat it..so totally disappointed with service! which it wasted my money. ☹️

The pizza was to thick & to much sauce on it but hardly any topping on it, It wasn't as nice tasting as the other times. Very disappointing.

Where do I begin? Ordered food after a 12 hr shift at 22:25. Had a call at 23:25 saying there had been a mix up and I was entitled to a free side order, ok I thought, that's nice of them, 23:50 still no sign, called the shop, still hadn't left, 20 more mins they said. Cancelled order. Pathetic service made even worse by the guy on the phone calling me "buddy" every other word. I'm not your buddy guy and you're not my buddy. Wish I could give less than 1 star
