KFC in Blaenau Gwent

Absolutely shocking service after waiting 25min for a zinger meal I went to the counter to ask where my meal was and told they hadn't cooked the zinger burger yet be about another 5 minutes

This building looks tired and rundown, the grounds are filthy, grass uncut and overgrown. The drive through paving looks like its never been jetlwashed and is covered in moss, oh and on the exit, the bushes have grown out so far, you have to scratch your paintwork, because it's unavoidable. The staff all look dowdy, with unironed and quite frankly filthy so called uniforms. The lady that served me had filthy finger nails!!! Covid and supply issues aside and acknowledged, very uninspiring menus and no desserts whatsoever, couldn't order a large meal because they had no packaging?! The drink was served in a clear plastic cup with an ill fitting lid and was completely flat. All in all not an experience I'd recommend to anyone. When it comes to fast food franchise, love or hate them, McDonald's is streets ahead and clean!!!! Someone needs to Manage this site rather than just turn up for work. I've given it 2 stars because what little food they served me was still warm when I got home and the chips were well cooked.

Went to the drive through and my order was wrong, they refused to change it saying they couldn’t now even though i hadn’t paid. So i drove off and left it there.

Cannot explain how bad the experience was here. So we had our food from the drive through and then we were given drinks that were way too full to drink so as a result the top come off the drink and spilt all in my car. Went back in for a refund and the young chubby girl behind the counter with black hair decided to bad mouth us to other members of staff thinking we wouldn't click on. They seriously need to buck their ideas up service is way too bad for a branch like KFC. This shambles of a place doesn't even deserve one star there's more go in a flat bottle of pop compared to the employee's.

Quite a bad experience coming to this KFC moody cashier telling me I was sitting on the wrong side as they had cleaned it, OK that's fine I didn't know as they hadn't blocked it off or any signs, then I get my order, missing half of my order zinger burger was super small, never got my fillets or sweet chilli and they hot wings were pretty much still alive and they cookie was wrong gave me chocolate instead of white and was practically broken when I received it not even a sorry can say I won't go this KFC again

If you want to be held captive for 20 minutes in the drive through this is the place to go.2 cars in front of me, took 10 minutes to serve each car, unable to leave drive through due to cars behind and unable to go forward due to the car in front taking an eternity to be served.Avoid this KFC and go to another.

5 stars deserved. I don't use KFC very often as a hard-core vegan but I picked up some food for my daughters. The drive through queue was long but didn't take too much time getting to place my order and collect it. Very often service is hasty and lack lustre in fast food drive throughs, just a robotic speech pattern from staff with no change of acoustics. I must say and wanted to say that a lovely young lady by the name of Lydia served me on my visit. She was very polite appearing genuinely happy to serve me. Thank you to Lydia and KFC, Ebbw Vale. Just another quick thing to note, my daughters really enjoyed their meals and everything was in the back, unlike Mcdonald's 👍

Was told that i was not able to have a drink as there was no tops for the drinks. Until the next person asked for three pepsi maxs and a krushem and was given them without question. After asking i was told i could not have any as ive already been given my order. Refused to refund me the drinks as i had already paid and the staff member who can do refunds was not available. Vile behaviour. Never again.

Absolutely shocking!! Ordered nearly £40 worth of food for them to give me zinger box meals with no burgers in, burgers with nothing other than mayo in, then tell me after being confronted that they have no lettuce or sauce for the burgers. Food was barely warm and the chips are soggy!!
