Mcdonald's Restaurants in Blaenau Gwent

Awful expierence, Got there 15 minutes before 'closing time', Doors completely closes but drive through still running, as we tried to speak to the drive thru people, no response despite them serving cars after us, we merely asked politely to the window why they werent serving us, to have the window door slammed in my friends face. After all this we were walking off very hungry and not happy, and the only nice person was the young man cleaning the car park, who was the only one setting any kind of decent example. Poor poor poor. I feel i want a refund for the food i was never even given!!!!

Waited 25 minutes for my food after they gave me the drinks and happy meal, then told they had no record of my order, waited another 15 minutes, daughters food stone cold by then! Useless

Cant even put a simple order together correctly and when they do, it turns up looking as though it has been prepared by being thrown across the kitchen. Rock hard food and warm, half full drinks are just what i always wanted.Not even worth getting in contact with headoffice as they seem to be just as incompetent.

Ordered through uber eats at roughly 6.40ish, got estimated delivery between 7.30 and 7.50. then uber eats updated the delivery time to 8.20. I tried calling MacDonalds but kept timing out after several rings. Then checked uber eats again to see delivery is now 8.40. continued trying to call then at 8.35 had notification to say MacDonalds has cancelled my order and to try ordering again. Again tried calling and again no answer. This was a meal for my kids to celebrate a good day only for it to be ruined by this store.

Only popped in for a drink while waiting for another shop to open, young lady that helped with ordering was very helpful and friendly credit to the company this lady should be recognised for her excellent social skills hard work.

This is for BRYNMAWR McDonald's but cudnt find it online as its recently opened. Would give no stars if I was able to. Absolutely terrible went through drive thru pretty quick but was asked to wait in carparking space for food. Waited for half hour before food came during which time a number of staff members were walking around the car park with orders in hand struggling to find the owners of them and laughing and joking that they must of left from waiting so long. Absolutely dreadful customer service and food arrived lukewarm I'd rather travel to Abergavenny or ebbw vale for McDonald's.

Apparently '24 hours' but arrived at 6:15am to cones across the drive thru and the door was locked. There were people in high vis jackets in there (staff or customers?!) Walked away and went elsewhere. Wonder how many customers they lose from doing this.

Drive through windows all very quick however we had to wait for one item on order. When food arrived..chips very cold, and so disappointed with the filet of fish shrunk so much and things.. tasteless now. Wont be having that again . Thoroughly disappointed.

Service is usually brilliant, food is consistent. The only issue with this mc-Donald’s is the access can be a pain, with cars either queuing around the roundabout and across the junction into a side road, or when leaving the junction toward the main road is terrible and can takes ages to clear.

Absolute rubbish, waited in line for 20+ mins to be told to wait in a carparking space for another 20 mins, food cane and it was all wrong and nasty! Called the resturaunt and the team leader told me that she wouldn't refund me unless I brought the food back, and once I told her I'd bring it in tomorrow as I couldn't get back to the resturaunt she complained and said nobody will help me tomorrow, she obviously didn't want to get in trouble for her bad service, il be calling again today for another attempt at a refund
