Very happy with my stay, friendly and helpful staff and very nice room. Was a little noisy on the thursday night i stayed but no big deal as it stopped at 11.The room was very tidy and clean apart from inside the set of drawers by the tv.

The family room was larger than normal. The only down side is the room is exactly above the pub so bit noisy on Friday night when there is live music.Lots of options to eat around. Free off streat parking or limited onsite parking on the back of the hotel

From outside did not look appealing. However we were pleasantly surprised by the room. It was large and spacious, with a balcony. The ensuite was large, with a powerful shower in a cubicle. The only downside was the beds. They had seen better days and were a tad lumpy.Would we go again - yes we would.

Late night music didn't bother us, the 45 minute wait for breakfast did, apparently he hadn't got to bed until 4, I already heard, total no show next morning for breakfast whole place locked no one told paying guest no one turning up do make our breakfast although we paid extra, had to go next door.we were told that's the cambrian for you

Nice pint friendly plac nice looking food havant tryed it yet maybe next time

Had a pint while waiting for my friends to check in. On a Friday evening. Lots of alcohol and loud music, people having fun and we did as well, looking at this as an experience. Might be back for a pint but better prepared next time...

Just awful.Service is so very very slow considering it was 2pm on a Monday with no one else waiting fot service.I had loaded nachos that arrived without salsa, sour cream or guacamole. When queried, I was presented with mayo, tomato sauce and Chipotle??? Nachos were burnt yet cheese was unmelted. The side order of onion rings were fab though - not greasy at all!Husband had pulled pork burger - considering we waited so long, we were expecting piping hot food... Disappointed. Pulled pork was cold and was swimming in bbq sauce, so much so the burger slid apart and patty was possibly the cheapest of the cheap. To be fair, they did knock off the cost of the nachos but I begrudge paying for any of it other than the beer and onion rings.Beer was decent enough and not extortionate but I wished we'd eaten in Spoons - at least you know what to expect.

The room are quite big, but we like it.. The problem is, its really noisy outside the hotel near in our room. You can here the loud talk and shouting.. I slept bad!! And they didn't give you the hair dryer even you ask for it! The breakfast are good. But the sausage bit dry...

First, this is not a four-star hotel. It’s a two star inn. The food is OK, the staff are super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean if basic. The accommodations are definitely not family friendly. What is not made clear is that the rooms are directly above the pub and it’s almost like you’re in the bar with its patrons. The walls and the floor are super thin, you can hear what’s going on right next-door, whatever it may be. There’s also another pub right next door.In no way shape or form would I ever recommend staying here with children. That said, if your goal is to party and have a good time, have have at it.
