Nice atmosphere, drinks and food ordered via the app and delivered with speed without even having to move from our table. Good selection of drink.

Nice and clean great staff hardworking and helpful great prices and good quality food and even a beer garden out the back car park at the top of the street on the right and walk back down or a small car park on the left going up just before

Possibly the best 'spoons in the world. No 568ft climb to the toilets due to all customer facilities being based on the ground floor, and the outside area is well sheltered - an absolute essential in Tredegar.Sglodions were mint.

Beer was good food was terrible had a lasagne it was hard round the edges, sent it back they had just cut it off and rewarmed it and the top was concrete. The pizza garlic bread was also very hard couldn't eat it as that had just been rewarmed. Also tables weren't cleaned up lots of empty tables with food plates on them. We did as for a table to be cleared but still after 15 minutes we were waiting so we had to sit on a high table to eat our meals, to which again my food (cheese and tomato panini) was hard and had no cheese on it.

Prices are reasonable for the food you get in these types of pubs. Not a huge fan myself but I know a lot of people that enjoy weatherspoons.

Awful experience unfortunately. We as a family was greatly disappointed with our food and the lack of control fromStaff with children running around the ground floor, young girls and boys entering the male toilets to fill water pistols, this went on for the duration of our meal.General hygiene of the open floor was poor, windows, screen dividers, tables and menus visibly dirty. The food was of quality we would expect from this chain however we ordered 12 onion rings and received 10, large bowl of chips which was half a bowl full, 11” pizza not crispy and left to cut ourselves with a steak knife(what a mess), rice with our curry which was stuck together like glue, chicken strips and chips which came without the Jack Daniels dip, only to be told when received the food that they had run out after we asked where this was.We made our points known to a member of staff who spoke to the manager who returned with an offer of free drinks which did not interest us.Sadly we will not be returning to this restaurant.

Not only were items missing from our meals, the steak sauce had a skin on it, they lost tickets and forgot our drinks to go with our meals, the toilets had discarded face masks on the floor and urine on toilet seats, to top it all off the staff don't know how to wear a face mask as it was around her chin the whole time we were there, even whilst she told a gentleman he couldn't come in without a mask, then freely let men she clearly knew into the premises without a mask.Whilst the staff tried to rectify the missing items and drinks, the steaks themselves were good enough for the price we paid although we will not be returning to this establishment.

I am in the process of moving home and visited the Olympia in Tredegar for a late breakfast. The staff were all professional and very efficient. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and very aporoachable. The food itself (I had eggs benedict) was absolutely delicious, as was the coffee and orange juice. This was a perfect visit - enough to keep me going as I load and unload my belongings from car to flat! I WILL BE BACK - that is a definite!!
