Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff, the meals arrived promptly, were delicious and very good value. Ordering was straight forward, once I'd had the system explained to me by the very helpful waitress. Highly recommended based on my experience.

It is the 2nd time that I see the upper floor tables, all full of empty dishes and glasses from previous customers. When asked to clean the table, only half was cleaned. Food is always great and the prices are very good as well. Staff look like they do not enjoy working there. Maybe next time, I will have a better impression.

Nice place to eat when its not at peak times, bit of chaos when a football or rugby game is on or a Fridays and Saturday late night.

Went for a meal tonight here with a group of adult friends at 9pm. Was asked to leave by the manager as my son was with us aged 17, as he was under age. I asked if it was a pub rule or local legislation. She said it was against the law. I advised her that she was incorrect. So she argued that she was correct and we had to leave. Disappointed that the manager of a family pub doesn’t know the law. So a poor review as her attitude and ignorance spoilt our groups evening.

Very friendly staff but food a bit hit or miss, even for a Spoons. The wraps weren't overly tasty or flavourful and presentation was sub par. Looked like something you could drum up at home for a lot less.

I like spoons normally cheap and cheerful meals and drinks in decent surroundings But I won't be calling in this one again in a hurry. ..generally looking around leaves alot to be desired...what a dump.

Not unique to this Spoons but so many items have been taken off the menu since they reopened after lockdown. There are very few vegan options left and those that have survived the axe are regularly out of stock. The toilets are always spotlessly clean. If you don't mind well used goods that have been around the block a few times there are plenty of female regulars.

The food was excellent. The staff were friendly. The toilets were immaculately clean. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Couldn't be bettered.
