Ali's Kebabs in Bridgend

If I could give this place a 0* I would. I use this place regularly as I live in the village but tonight was a whole another experience.Ordered our food and got my boy a kids burger meal witch he always has but this time I was burnt to a crisp. So I rang up and I was told that it's char grilled but I'm a chef and I know the difference between the two like most people would how hard can it be COME ON!!!! The manager refused to speak with me and I could hear him swearing in the background they refused me a refund and told me I couldn't have a fresh one absolute joke.Avoid avoid avoid

I order from them all the time and normaly would have a bad word to, say but tonight I ordered and my son bugur was so burn it was unbelievable called them to complain and the ws woman on the phone was so rude I asked to talk to manager could hear him in the background refusing to talk to me won't be ordering again

Order all the time and tonight i would give it 0 stars....ordered two 12 inch pizzas for one to come and be a 10...rang up to be told it be sorted hour later still no sign....won't order again

Ordered a plain pepperoni pizza for my daughter and it came with mushrooms and peppers on it as well , so phoned them up and basically they said tuff , no refund or any offer of another one ,3 times I have ordered from them and they get it wrong every single time , never again absolute disgrace

They need to get someone on the phone that can actually get a order right,twice I've ordered over the phone and twice the woman has got my order wrong,no apology, never ever again will I have food from this place

Every time I’ve had food from this place it’s absolutely foul.. from the pizzas to Kebbabs.dont believe me then try it yourself! I will never buy from this place again I’d rather eat the bark off a tree first..

Order my food yesterday and I pay more for more cheese on my chips and did not get it and my chicken nugget was not ovened that why put too stars and my garlic sauce I did not get it on my food thank you

Pizza was alright, enjoyed my few orders from there.

Phoned at 8.20pm said it would be 30 mins after an hour rang them to find out where it was told it would be another 20 mins order cancelled will never use again shame I have to give it 1 star

Ordered on just eat app....Waited over an hour for delivery and the food was uneatable. The chips were overcooked...hard and my cheese and chips were cold.The chicken peices were also overcooked and hard...cost with delivery over £13 and none of us finished our food. Dissappointed as usually lovely food.
