Burger King in Bridgend

Food was OK, probably what I would expect from a burger king, good fries and average burger. However, service was very slow, as is often the case at burger king, I was left waiting 15 minutes for my food, which is frustrating at a services from a fast food retailer

Buger bun was dry. Worst presented burger I've ever seen. Fries where undercooked. Staff not interested. Biggest waste of 7 quid ever.

Accepted order 1.5 hours ago on just eat and still searching for driver!!! IF YOU DONT HAVE A DRIVER WAITING DONT ACCEPT THE ORDER SIMPLE AS! Avoid 🙄😡🙄😡

Very disappointed, the fries were nice but the burgers were awful. The roll and burger were dry and tasteless (we dined in which makes it worse), also very small and expensive. I don't mind paying the price if the burger is actually nice. It shouldn't be much to ask for a place called BURGER KING to make nice, tasty burgers, it's not like its fine dining. But alas, my expectations were too hard.

Update: I finally got a response from BK. They offered me a refund but I would have to go the the branch I bought the meal at to claim the refund. As I live in London and the branch was at a motorway service station in Wales I’m not going to be able to claim it.Placed the order at 13:21 on the 2nd October waited nearly 10 minutes. Went from the counter to the table opened it all up and although the chips were hot; the onion rings were rubbery and our burgers were between cold and slightly warm.Your order screens are just ridiculous to use.The burgers looked nothing like the picture they were squash.Complete and utter waste of £12.86p.Only saving grace was the lady that served me apologised for the delay.You can see why fast food is referred to as junk food because that’s is what our meal was today JUNK.Won’t be going to a Burger King anytime soon.I did send this feedback to BK but have had no response.

Ordered a cheesey bacon chicken meal, to then revive a bacon XL. So when I returned to exchange it the girl I spoke to had an attitude, she said she’d sort it, to then receive a piece of chicken in a bun and nothing else, baring in mind the burger I ordered was meant to contain, crispy chicken, American cheese, streaky bacon, lettuce and onions. So again went to exchange for what I actually ordered. To then receive a burger half the size of what I actually ordered with 1 slice of ‘streaky’ bacon, 1 slice of cheese, a pathetic amount of mayonnaise. Being so hungry I ate the burger in absolute disgrace and not being arsed to return yet the 3rd burger I received

It's burger king! Bread falls apart while eating a burger, all the salad will fall out, and grease will drip out also, recommend you bring a bib.

Always had nice food but it is expensive for what it is, although id imagine its because its a services rather than a standard store. Also dont order a triple angus burger, its huge! Always clean and friendly staff each time ive been there.

They do a Bacon triple cheese XL now! Had to try! Friendly lad behind counter, food was cooked fresh and both burger and fries were lovely, though the size of it did defeat me. It'll be back to the bacon double cheese XL from now on! Sarn is generally a nice little services. Missing a star for the ridiculous amount extra BK charge in motorway services

went here shortly after the refurbishment. on all 3 occasions I had extreme stomach pains and then diarrhoea. Haven't been back until 15.7.18. risked a meal and no sickness afterwards, food was nice staff were friendly. This place still has a bad rep to a point, some people cant get over a few teething problems after the refurbishment. It's all better, now. New staff and no food poisoning. Staff are friendly, the place is clean and tidy. 12.03.19.14.01.20 still clean and tidy but just discovered the Burger King app can not be used here. It's not an official Burger King, it's a franchise.
