Fast efficient service, Happy staff, clean tables ... pleasant early morn coffee

5 star only because it's clean, local and has the absolute best toasties.

Lovely and genuinely friendly staff and great food selection

nice but could be better (eg. serving customers with better quality mugs such as the orangutan mug depicted in the photo)

I had my coffee the other day (from a guy dressed like an elf I think )and it was absolutely delicious !! Some other times the coffee wasn't nice ,probably they have change staff that know how to make coffee!!

I have been coming here almost every day ordering same thing they can never be bothered to get the order right, I have to ask every day for same thing they always make excuses but it's just laziness, if you don't wanna work or do the job right go work somewhere else where you won't be asked for to much. If you can't work in a Costa and make a simple, single coffee, life won't be easy...
