Domino's Pizza in Bridgend

Bad quality food, sent us burnt nachos. We didn’t eat them. Hoping they will give me a refund, I’m just waiting to hear back..I’m trying to upload the photo but it’s not allowing me.

Very good service order taken and pizzas delivered to are car. Offers are worth every penny

Cheap, efficient and Reliable. Best Pizza Chain in Bridgend.

Normally dominoes are quick and great, but experience I had yesterday just wasn't that at all, wait an hour and 20 mins for our food, even rang them to see how long then when it arrived it was the wrong food, so rang them again they said they will get it out to us in 25 mins tops, so we waited.. and waited.. 10.15 at night now, after over 35 mins still no food, so we waited over 2 hours for food, we rang and cancled the order and requested a refund. It's a shame as they normally good but that experience I won't be ordering again or for least a long time, pregnant and hungry isn't a good mix haha. The wait was beyond and to get the order wrong there's no excuse. Let's hope they do better for people who are paying for the service

Fabulous service. Incredibly helpful manager. Fast delivery. Apologies as my sister forgot to tip the delivery driver! Pizza was delicious and hot. Would recommend. Thank you

Our pizzas were fine and the staff friendly enough, but some of them wore masks just over their mouths - with their noses sticking out! (One would think that after 15 months of wearing masks, the correct way of wearing them would be obvious!)

Ordered a box of cookies, some chicken strippers and a drink after a night shift! Live 1 minute drive away but after being on my feet for 12 hours I did not fancy going back out. Pizza still hadn’t arrived after 30 minutes of saying it had left so called the store, the man I spoke to said it was leaving the store as we were speaking. 20 minutes later still nothing. Waste of money and rubbish service, not even worth the 1 star.

Ordered a pizza and dominoes is where I would usually go, This time however the pizza was incorrect and I have to say the response when I called was what every good delivery place should be! Would highly recommend dominoes over pizza hut any day! Instant correction and apology with so much kindness, so thanks dominoes!

Absolutely amazing service once again from Bridgend Tremains road dominos. Food was piping hot when arrived, spot on with taste and delivery was also really good. Thank you very much to you all and thank you for working hard to keep our tummies filled!

Store was bright and so clean! Pizza was impressively made to my exact vegan request. Friendly staff and affordable lunch time menu.
