Very nice birthday meal. Staff were attentive and pleasant. The meal was ample, well cooked and presented with great flavours. The bonus was, it was not expensive.

We were served by Michelle the asst manager and have to say she was superb! One of the best waitresses we have ever met accompanied by some lovely food. We will be back and would recommend to anyone

Items that we ordered were forgotten then brought out late. The soft drinks were from a machine and had to be send back a few times as they tasted like fizzy water and still didn't taste right the 3rd time. My 4year old daughter had nuggets that she couldn't eat as the chicken was dried inside. Very unpleasant visit

Food and service was fab as always, it’s our favourite place to visit when shopping. Food was delicious, thank you to becky (think she’s a manager) for the recommendation on food. We always feel welcome when we arrive even when they are super busy! Would highly recommend

The food was lovely, served hot and very tasty. It fell short on the 5 star due to the time we had to wait to receive our food. Would recommend.

Online booking was easy to use and when we arrived at 3pm in the afternoon it was definitely worth booking. There was a long queue of customers who were unable to get in when they wanted.It took a while for the meals to arrive, about 25 minutes. We had ordered 2 pizzas and one chicken parmigiana. The pizzas were both lacking in seasoning and scarcity of toppings. Although the base was thin and crispy. One of the pizzas was like eating the base without any topping . When we complained about this the staff were very good and removed it from the bill.The staff were very good at trying to put the order right and find out if the had done enough to encourage us back again.I think we will try.

Service was excellent, i had steak for main which was perfect, I was asked if I wanted an up-sell to add prawns but declined as I had a starter. Service was quick, both from the bar and floor. Lucy was our server and was a delight. Very polite

Waiting staff was lovely. Making sure we were OK, food was tasty but the amount of time before food was brought out was a joke. 2 hrs altogether from starter of loaded potatoes sking to having my burger. The time wasted because the kitchen wasn't in a good system needs to be reviewed. Mistakes were made in giving wrong order to another table, cold food.

Had a really lovely meal, great service by Christian also. Went for the festive menu and left feeling like Santa Id eaten so much. Really stunning food would definitely come again
