Love this Chinese had a few takeaways from here now. Now its my fave. Love the curry sauce . The prawn crackers are the best around , nice and light 👌

Nooooooooo!!! our favourite Chinese takeaway changed hands earlier in the year. I’d had my fears things weren’t going be the same and sadly tonight we were proved correct RIP GFD :-( was a pleasure giving you our business over the past 7 years but from tonight’s effort no more! Nothing tasted anything like the old owners!

Ate there for the first time today ,I had a lunchtime special .it was great ! Will be going there tomorrow if it's open

Since the change of ownership on new year's Eve 2021 the standard of food has gone from absolutely amazing to total rubbish. No flavour to any of their dishes. Which is a real shame as this was the best Chinese around. Very very disappointed. Bring back the previous owners and chefs.Don't waste your money. Go elsewhere

This used to be the best Chinese takeaway in the area, but since being under new management from New Year's eve it has really gone down hill fast.We've had three takeaways from here this year and each one gets worse than the previous one.The meal we picked up on Friday was completely bland and tasteless! The Vegetables with Chilli and Blackbean Sauce didn't even have a slice of chilli in it and tasted like dish water!Absolutely terrible meal.If you want a bland, tasteless meal... this is the place to go.Such a shame...it used to be fantastic!

Omg I am gutted, this was by far the best Chinese around. We went for a much need takeaway fix after New year & it was just a such a disaster.They now have new owners, card machine wasn't working so we had to go hunt dow ATMBut worse of all, our usual favourite meals were awful so much so, despite feeling really hungry we threw most away, & could not believe that the chips weren't even cookedWill not be going back here anytime soon

What's happened? Everything tasted completely different... I'd know as I've been ordering from here for years. Beef was a tad chalky/tough vs melt in your mouth last time, the satay sauce was too thick vs what used to be the perfect balance and and chicken balls were more like chicken testicle (they've shrunk a lot). I must admit I liked the flavour of the beef satay a lot (I actually tasted pranut as it should be) and it was great to see loads of veg vs what used to be just green pepper and onion. Get your sauce thickness right, tenderised beef properly and I think it would be better than before. So, close but no cigar - Have you changed chefs?

They are usually really good, tonight had the worst chinese I've ever had. 2 hours late, burnt food and incorrect order.Get a grip, won't be ordering again.

My haidresser Trystan, who just happens to be the best hairdresser I've ever been to & the best in Cowbridge described this Chinese as " Banging" was so spot on.This is just an awesome take away, love it, love it.Food is so good, meals/menu is very similar to the Chinese I'm been going to for the past four years but the quality & taste was far beyond better. Highly recommend, this is now my new favourite Chinese 👌

Excellent quality food.I leave food reviews from around the world and I'm self confessed foody.I ordered spring roll and to my delight it was tasty and freshly cooked, NOT dripping with oil as experienced at other establishments.My Singapore vermicelli noodles were also well cooked and showed very little use or signs of oil, chicken, prawns and pork meat with slightly spicy/ hints of curry, fine noodles with onion and sliced peppers, went down well.Schezuan Chicken and Chicken in spicy garlic sauce were flavoursome and not too spicy, next time I'd like to be able to order hotter but I have a liking for spicy food.Not suffering from the tongue stuck to the roof of my mouth either when some Chinese restaurant's use excessive amounts of MSG (flavour enhancers)!Give them a try, I'm sure that you won't be disappointed.Thanks
