Isabella's in Bridgend

I haven't visited Isabellas for some time before this lunch time visit. I wasnt disappointed. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The food was well cooked and delicious. The restaurant was clean if little dated . The lunch time menu was very good value. Highly recommend and I will be visiting again soon.

What an amazing place.We had the set 2 course lunch for £12.95.We eat out on a regular basis and in terms of quality this ranks amongst the best.All of our food was cooked to perfection.I have paid 2 or 3 times the cost of this meal elswhere and it had not been of this standard.All the staff were very attentiveAnd the service was very quickA def 11/10

Stopped by for lunch on the off chance so happy we did.Bruscetta was best I've ever had, homemade fishcakes just enough to start. My sea bass was perfectly cooked and a superb quality fish. Would have liked some alioli on my potatoes, my fault I didn't ask. Otherwise a restaurant I would definitely recommend.

Discovered this by chance on a Weds date night. What a gem!Lovely atmosphere, very friendly warm and attentive staff. Lots of smiles and relaxed but that did not mean slow in terms of service. The menu was a good selection but we went for the 14.95 two course menu. I can say it was very delicious, flavourful, the mussels we both had for starters were cooked to mouth watering perfection. Partner had the rump and described it st melt in his mouth. I had peri peri chicken. Full of zingy flavour and very tender. Meals came with roasted potato chunks in a separate serving dish, likewise with a selection of green vegetables.We were both very impressed with the quality of the food and service here and will def revisit to try other items of the menu.

We had an amazing meal at Isabella's. The food was exceptional & the service was superb. The chef & staff should be congratulated, it made our evening special. I would highly recommend visiting & trying out Isabella's cuisine, you will not be dissapointed.

Good service & atmosphere. I went with my partner for 6.30 pm on a Tuesday. We both ordered a la carte, white bait as a starter which was good & had chicken with red pepper sauce for main course served with cubed fried potatoes & peas, green beans & brocolli. I have tasted better chicken breasts locally but overall a pleasant experience.

My wife and I popped in to try their lunchtime menu offer and we were not disappointed. With starters of deep fried Brie and home made soup followed by deep fried cod with sauted potatoes accompanied by a lovely French wine they hit all the right notes. Well done to all the staff who provided a superb customer service during our time there. We shall definitely call in again to sample their wonderful food.

Wow this place totally exceeded our expectations. Amazing fresh and perfectly cooked food and fantastic service.I had garlic mushrooms for starter and salmon for main. My husband had muscles for starter and steak for main - best meal we’ve had out in ages.100% recommend trying this place. Such a lovely restaurant and the atmosphere was fab. Felt like we were in Spain.

Isabella's is a lovely Portuguese & Tapas style restaurant on a street just off the promanade, as soon as you walk in you know that you have come somewhere special and the excellent decor with old beams and great decoration really make you comfortable.The choice of food is amzing with some really great dishes on offer that make choosing really difficult. We have been many times and it is always lovely
