KFC Bridgend in Bridgend

Chicken pieces are often undercooked and always a very long waiting time before being served inside. Empty rubbish flowing out bins and all over floors inside as well as dirty/wet tables

Food was great with fast service for a big order. The restaurant itself wasn't too clean, food on tables and chairs and not just where we chose to sit

Ordered 2 box meals through Deliveroo and this is the state of the wraps that arrived, my boyfriend threw his out straight away. They put the wrong sauce in as well, I ordered garlic and they gave us chilli instead. Clearly the person wrapping these wraps don’t give a monkeys and was happy to send these out instead of re doing, bone idle laziness! Will never order from this KFC again. Thankfully Deliveroo gave us a full refund.

Absolutely disgusting and dirty, we were there over an hour and no one cleaned the tables or sanitised them, the ladies toilets were stinking and no toilet paper. Would definitely not be recommending this stinking place.....

Staff were really professional,the place lovely and clean. The person serving us was real helpful we asked for indoor food then changed our mind halfway through to takeout,this was not a problem for them and re-packed our dinner. Thank you much

No number to call store they get the order wrong and will not correct it, utterly useless and ignorant employees

The food was appalling, chicken was tough and inedible, chips were barely cooked, I also question the gravy, normally it has a shelf life on it, no sticker maybe it had expired.I don't usually use the store as I had issues before but gave it another chance. The customer service is excellent but it doesn't make up for wasted food.It's a shame, I love KFC normally

Good service but poor chicken. Got a fresh batch of mini filets (10 for £4.99 usually a great deal) but they tasted really odd, like either they weren't fried enough so overly floury/battery or the oil hadn't been changed in a very long time.

Dont go there filthy place,food.looked.like been on the floor for days waited 45 mins for food ad to go back to the counter 3 times to.get stuff that wasnt in the bag and the staff are mongoles

Last time I went it was rubbish food and rubbish service This time it was amazing the food was lovely ,and the service was superb by two girls who clearly cared even though the were rushed off there feet . Top marks .
