Mcdonald's Restaurants in Bridgend

How come everytime i have a mc flurry ice cream after the first quater there is no sauce or chocolate bits left ?

Ordered food from here. It took 2 hours to arrive. Most of the food was either wrong or missing. The food that did arrive was unsurprisingly freezing, apart from the mcflurrys which were melted. Called the restaurant who told me there was nothing they could do. Absolutely unacceptable

No milkshakes again why can't you supply premade milkshake if you can't be bothered to clean machine ????

The WORST, most disgustingly rude staff members. Rang up after receiving not only the WRONG order, yet again. But missing items also. Once calling to enquire why this had happened again and also that the food that arrived, did not encounter or balance for the insulin that my diabetic partner had just injected. I was then told once asking whom the manager on duty was so I could further my complaints about the whole situation, that they was the manager and not going to give me any further information, as they apparently ‘didn’t have to’. The utter disrespect and rudeness shown by the staff at this store, shows nothing but unprofessionalism and immaturity. I will do whatever it take to ensure I receive the outcome in which I believe acceptable, as McDonald told us there was nothing they could do about this issue to help us, no refund nor the correct order delivered.

If I could I would give them zero stars ! Really rude staff, do you know what to be kind and nice to your customers ? I think no ! Without us you wouldn't have job just think twice how you act and treat people !

I must have been driving past as I don't eat in this place the foods cold the toilets are nasty and it's covid central nope not me sorry MC ds

Food orders took far too long for a fully staffed kitchen with only three people waiting.

Good service despite being on food court, food was standard mcdonalds grub, no complaints here

Ordered through Uber eats for delivery, food was cold and missing a burger, phoned the store, they did not care and just told me to get a refund on the app, disgraceful service and attitude from the staff to be quite honest and will not be ordering from here again, not that I expect a response or care from the staff when they read this, expected better.

ordered a uber eats through mcdonald’s and the food was dreadful. chips are cold,ordered several dips and never get any anytime i order. this happens every time i order and i 100% recommend NOT ordering from here ever. the staff don’t care and are useless and just awful customer service.
