Used their app to order, ever again. Order took over an hour and 2 phone calls before it arrived. They even lied to us on the phone saying our order was on its way, when we phoned back the second time was told they were just preparing it and it wouldn't be long.

Very friendly and kind people in this chip shop, the chips were not quite cooked enough for me, however the fish was fantastic, well recommend to visit

·

Chips are delicious and kebab meat is tasty with plenty of it!!

·

Can't complain, the chips are really nice as well as the savaloys, battered sausages and burgers. They also sell donar kebabs which are also really nice.

·

Really nice jumbo sausage chips n gravey for lunch today my first visit to Paul's will be back for more.

As I remember the best time to get chips from here is about school lunch time. They get fresh ones on, otherwise you can get stuck with an older batch that's been under the lights for a while. Still not a bad chippy.

I was a bit dubious of ordering after reading some of the negative comments. I'm sort of glad I did though. Chips were lovely and plenty of them, fish was cooked perfectly. The only problem was it took over 50mins to arrive, when the shop is a 5min drive and the food was luke warm. It's a shame because the food was lovely

This place remind me of rolling a dice. Half the time you roll a six, the staff are polite, food is delicious and delivery is quick. But the other half of the time the staff are diabolical, food is swimming in grease and it takes two hours to deliver up the road. I don't like rolling a dice where food is concerned so I prefer to buy from the other pizza shop in Nantymoel. At least they are consistent even if they never hit the 6's that Paul sometimes does

Sometimes food is great, sometimes not. Almost every visit the staff are rude, dont acknowledge their customers and worst make people in the shop wait, queuing out the door while they prioritise phone orders then run out of chips in the process.Sarn shop is much better but Ogmore are terrible.
