DON'T DO IT!!VERY DISAPPOINTED!3 chicken strips, basically 3 little chicken nuggets for £4.00Chips, cold and soggyChicken Shish, either reheated and warmed, but not very well, or very over cooked and dry.Absolutely discussing meal.Aweful value for moneyPlus delivery times are also very bad.

Took over 1hr for delivery, sauces were missing, no cheese on the chips and the portion sizes were for kids I will never order from here again AVOID

Absolutely terrible customer service from the girl that answers the phone, waited over an hour for food i then phoned to ask how long it would be. Girl then shouted to the driver a completely different address as to what I put down, I said to this girls that’s not my address she then says ‘in future then love can you check because I’ve now got to get hold of the driver and you’ll be the one ringing back complaining if your food’s cold’ Check what? The delivery address on my app and my email stated my address, that girl clearly didn’t do her job correctly and give the wrong address… Then Tells me I’m not listening, tells me she’s not arguing as she continues to try talk over me by telling me I’ve made a mistake with the address when it quite clearly states on both my email and app that my address is correct, Awful service. Needs to do a course in customer service

If I cud have left a zero I would have absolutely shocking service. Wait 2 hours for a delivery and no show phoned the shop after just over an hour to get told 15 mins wud be here. After the 2 hours phoned the shop the person who answered had a stinking attitude basically told us order still in shop cancel it if u want after basically telling him we just want food still very arrogant claiming too busy he then hung up on my partner..Never had problems from this place but never again and that guy has no customer skills.

Absolute shambles. Ordered at 18:15 delivery confirmed for 19:20.... Several calls of being promised next 15 minutes and at 20:55 when still no sign of food was told food still not even cooked and would be another 25 minutes.. They then wondered why my partner was annoyed. Safe to say order cancelled and won't bother again.

My very first order was very nice. Very flavorful bbq pizza, 2nd time round there was no taste of bbq at all, 3rd time round I asked for extra BBQ sauce but still there was no taste of bbq yet again. Very disappointed 👎

Had a treat tonight but disappointed, pizza was nice but the fries were old and hard, not edible at all unless I want to break my teeth. When their ratings were improved the food was beautiful and boiling hot, but the last twice we have had food I feel they have let themselves go again. Not sure if I will order again.

I order from Peppinos regularly and the food is always fantastic. Tonight there was a small mistake with my order so I phoned them and they were friendly, helpful and put it right for me - can't ask for any more. Best takeaway around.
