Pizza Hut in Bridgend

The only thing that went well was greeting from the girl at the door.We were sat down at the table with promise that someone will be with us now or if we want a buffet we can help ourselfs. As nobody has attend our table for over 10minutes and all the staff looking like they hate/dont want to be there; me and a kids decided to help outself with the buffet. After filling the plates we have notice an extremly poor quality of the pizza with hardly any topping, the only thing from salad bar that was fresh was the lettice everything else was turning.When we return to the table and start eating the server showed up and offered the drinks. After we started eating then they brought the receipts with the prices that were not on a menus.my kids were charged 6.49 each for 1 slice of poor quality pizza and some lettyce with 2.95 small cup of fizzy...to my horror me and a missus were charged £13 pounds each ...server has disappired and because i was with family i stopped myself from making a scene.Worst experience i have ever had, feel robbed and disgusted.

Order through the app and I don't think the staff even check what's been ordered... girls always stuck in corner having chat apart from one

The pizza was very good, well cooked and spicy, just how I like it. Pleasant and friendly staff, quick service too, not much else to ask for. Would definitely go back again. The only thing I found strange was you have to pay when ordering your meal? Never had to do this before in the UK or abroad, you normally pay after. Wasn't a problem, would still recommend.

Awfull service had to get my own plate didnt have our food together had to go and ask for my grandsons good not once did anyone ask me if everything was OK wouldn't recommend it

I used to enjoy coming here would have great food however last night was appalling. Be warned, it's now app only orders and the waitress made this very unclear as she was laughing the whole time she was trying to explain to us. I'm pretty sure at one point she said the refillable is down but if we want a top up it's squash only(?!) I have a gluten allergy and this was not taken seriously there was no option for the gluten free pizza on the app which didn't even work and even when we went to the online site, still no gluten free option. I rather tell someone face to face my concerns. It became very stressful for me and after 30/40 minutes off being ignored or told "I'm not sure if we have the gluten free pizza in but I'll find out and get someone to order manually", we ended up leaving and taking our custom elsewhere. Very disappointing experience..

Been a couple of years since I've visited this hut and it was nice to be back having a pizza before a film in the odeon. It was really quiet in the restaurant with much of the trade being takeaway. Only a couple of staff working so it took a while to be seated but after we got in everything was great. Food ordered by app and cooked and delivered to the table in 15 mins. Lovely fresh pizza and staff excellent, good to have a vegan pepperoni option!

Ordered takeaway vegan pizza, I then had to wait 20 minutes after the time I ordered it for and it was still somehow cold. Could have been good, but the base seemed undercooked and was like chewing raw dough.

Had to wait about 5 minutes for a waiter to come and show us a table. There were no straws, pasta or cous cous at the "salad bar". And they have forgotten our garlic bread on numerous occasions. But at least the pizza was good.

Really friendly staff and good food. Tried their Naga spicy sauce which was tongue tingling. Bottomless soft drinks with flavour shots and unlimited salad bar make it worthwhile. The crusts have many options. I recommend the tear and share. Best time to visit is in the evening around 8pm - 9pm. No kids around and nice quiet atmosphere.
