Pyle Fish Bar in Bridgend

Excellent choice and great price. Irish curry sauce is fantastic

Always a quick service, good value and good portions. I've used it for over 40 years, since a school boy. Recommended

Absolutely disgusting attitude on the woman serving, vile manner! Shouting and screaming down the phone! 4hrs and no food! Saying shes rang me and hasnt! This woman shouldnt be working with people!!!

Very long wait for some below-average chips. The people working there didn’t seem to know what they were doing unfortunately.

Old chips re heated sorry but won't return there

Although the order was delayed, which was not the restaurants fault, I called and completey sympathised with the lady I spoke too sounded rushed off her feet bless herThe food was fantastic, the best nuggets I've tasted by farWill definatly order again:)

People who work there give me the most dirty look I ever got....otherwise the chips and curry r nice.

I have been buying lunch from pyle fish bar for years and the staff are polite and friendlyI usually have a laugh and a joke with the ownerWho is a nice guy I find the food brilliant andI love the Irish curry with chips that is served there i always stop there for my lunch in the afternoon i some times treat the boys as wellAs they pester me to go there

Mmmh dont what to say it's a hard act to follow for the new owner. Had fish and chips the other day, he cooked the fish from fresh , The fish was beautiful but the batter was way too thin and did not completely cover the fish not the normal standard , and the chips were very anemic and very greasy and not cooked, and to make matters worse they forgot to put my curry sauce in the bag. I hope he sorts this out it would be shame to let the quality go down hill. The two guys were very friendly but had little experience in this business .Hope this improves or I won't be returning.

Tarah is the chippy legend. Never had bad food from here always hot. For the bad reviewers.... most places if you order fish now days you have to wait. I know this place very well never once had an order wrong as they double check it with you when you pay..... All in all prices smash finnegans llews and beatles chip shops and deliver great service and quality grub
