Red Dragon in Bridgend

Wouldn't go back, no one knew what they were doing. Had to constantly repeat order. Ordered a kids ice cream with sprinkle, it come out with fresh berries so asked if we could have a new one as the little one wanted sprinkles and all they done was scrape off the berries and added sprinkle to the top no care in the world to if she had allergies to berries!

Beautiful valentines meal with my wife. We both had the surf and turf which was delicious. Compliments to the chef! Brilliant service from the lady and gent. Never had an empty pint which kept me very happy. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing meal. We shall be returning.

Superb food. Tasty and reasonable prices. Lots of different options for all the family. Staff were very friendly and willing to go above and beyond for us. Full of smiles and very polite. Will be back again very soon! Keep up the good work team.

We booked for the rugby Wales v England. Bad game but amazing day out. The atmosphere was lovely. We were sat close to the bar and as soon as we’re finishing our pints, Sarah was asking us if we’d like another round before we had to ask. Brilliant service!The rest of the staff seemed to be enjoying their job and every so often you could Sarah chatting with them to make a joke to keep a smile on their face. Bloody good management coming from someone who’s working in hospitality!

Enjoyed are Sunday dinner, staff were friendly and good with the kids. Had the special dessert which was delicious. Boys were happy because the rugby was being shown. Enjoyable couple of hours out.

Fab meal and friendly waitress. Felt a bit sorry for the waitress as there was only three of them serving a full pub which is probably over a hundred people! They were doing a fab job but were clearly struggling!

The pub is very clean and tidy. waitresses we very friendly and chatty. The waitress who took my order couldn’t do enough to keep my family happy. The food was good value for money and came out of the kitchen within a reasonable time. A very relaxed atmosphere with attentive staff.

Lovely meal with my family. Service was friendly and attentive. They have a great lager called Bayside that I haven’t tried before. Hilarious banter from the bar staff. On the whole, a very enjoyable night with a warm, welcoming atmosphere
