Love the food available here, best Indian/Nepalese food in the area. Top tip..... On line menu offers FAR more choice, than the traditional paper menu.

The food is very nice apart from they don't give you what you ordered, I have ordered chicken meals twice now, and for some reason they keep giving me lamb, not good not good at all.🙁

Nice food but asked twice for the dhansak to be medium hot. It was so spicy I couldn’t eat it, so it went in the bin.

Beautiful, tasty food, quickly prepared and served with a smile. I love this place. 15 minutes over the Bwlch from Cwmparc and open for lunch, too. Da iawn!

Lovely food, kind staff. Sometimes have been waiting hell over an hour once waited 2 1/2 hours.

Ordered a meal via their app at 18:16. App stated delivery in 95 minutes. The app has an order status page which is supposed to show the status of your order. My order was apparently out for delivery less than 20 minutes after placing the order. This information is clearly false as the food didn't arrive until 21:24. Over 3 hours. Food was OK, a bit watery. Will not be using Ruchi again. Very poor service.

It was raining when we got there and had no idea that it was just a takeaway but the owner was warm enough to let us in and gave us free coffee while we waited. All the staff were amazing. I loved their wraps and masala fries. Also, they gave us some extra food in the end. Amazing experience!

Unfortunately I have deleted any photos of food from Ruchi. It is honestly my favourite Indian of all time. I LOVE the food from there. I would suggest anyone try it. I will try to update with photos in the future 😋❤
