Nice place, gets pretty busy though and queue can take awhile. But it depends on when you go!

Service was extremely slow. The queue was outside the door. No reminder to use subway card at the till. Skimpy portions, but good taste.No use of WC at the moment due to the government's covid disease.Cookie was nice, had to use drinks machine but did not see the staff wipe it down before or after I touched it.I washed my hands with alcohol upon arrival and on departure .Good taste but make sure you have time to wait around for small portions.

Not good this time. I've been there loads of times and had cheesy doritos , lovely crisp on the edge chips and soft in the middle with the sauce and cheese but this time the outside chips were damp as if the packet was out of date! Took them back and explained and was told they're supposed to be like that! Obviously they never have been like that the other 20 times I've had them then I noticed the bags were opened and left out on a shelf! So that's the reason. Well they changed then begrudgingly but the second lot were exactly the same! Won't go there for them again! Plenty of other subways about. 😡

Who doesn't like a sub..I love a sub. Its my weekly treat. Friendly staff. If you are nhs staff, show your card, you get discount.

Always nice food. Plenty of healthy options. The coffees are a little weak but other than that it's not too bad. The staff are knowledgeable but don't smile and make you feel valued.

Foods always good but , could not tell you where the customer service was,. Might as well of been served by a robot.
