The Brentwood Hotel in Bridgend

Shower door broke toilet seat fell off and it was filthy. Hair all over bathroom floor and just filthy in general. Would not recommend 😕

Family room that you couldn't move in.. was not family friendly at all .. couldnt possibly go to sleep any earlier than 2 am due to the loudness of the bar down stairs when asked to turn it down as it was distressing our son the bar manager told us put tissue in your ears .. no food able to be bought at this so called hotel .... It's trying to pass as a hotel when clearly no better than a hostel oh and people will be sleeping on the floor in the hall ways

Absolutely shocking service. Rude staff, no breakfast! Dirty rooms. Will not be staying there in a hurry

I stayed Thursday evening and regarding cleanliness I'll let the photo's speak for themselves.Loud music until 1:30 am meant I didn't get any sleep before that time and I had to get up at 6am.Mike didn't turn the sound down when I complained despite saying he would.Adrian isn't following up calls from my complaint with Hotels.com and hasn't issued a refund like he said he would when I spoke to him on the phone.

Staff friendly and welcoming and entertainment in bar was good . Rooms clean and tidy but a bit dated one bed was like a rock other was comfy, tv very small could just about see it and remote was just about working as it was all taped up. Couldn't have a decent shower as it was freezing even when it says run for 5 mins it didnt get warm. Was not able to close the window as it was slightly ajar due to handle being broken so it was freezing as even radiator wasn't getting much heat its a good location and good luck to the new owner and his team

Staff were friendly and always on hand.The bar had a variety of entertainment from karaoke to singers resulting in great nights.The drinks are reasonably priced with a vast variety.

Stayed on a Wednesday, was served by my Mike he was absolutely fantastic, he made sure I was very accommodated - hospitality skills where top notch would definitely recommend this place - ask for Mike!

Great hospitality. Room are very clean and tidy. Late bar and lots of cheap drinks. Friendly bar staff. Great place to stay.

Comfy bed with clean bedding and towels. Room basic but clean and had everything we needed. We put our luggage down and went out straight away so we’re only there to sleep. Bathroom nicely done and shower was fine.Breakfast was also fine and staff seemed nice enough… nothing not to like really at this budget hotel. Would definitely stay again, thank you all.

Worked away, stayed there for 2 weeks. Friendly staff, friendly locals. Had a few problems with the room on the first week but got upgraded to the top floor and a bigger room. Great food and beer had a good laugh at nights. Would recommend for a cheap and cheerful night away
