Parking can be a bit challenging when it's busy. Nice comfortable atmosphere. Service in the restaurant was good, not much of a waiting time for the food with good sized portions. Would definitely eat here again.

Disappointed as some some reviews were good, some of staff were friendly but, I had gammon egg and chips the egg was missing gammon was stone cold, friends of mine ordered pizza which was not cooked enough cheese was not melted and sauce slid off the pizza to the plate. Will not return!

Went for the grill night. The food was well presented and tasted beautiful. The young staff that served us were very polite and helpful. The only criticism I have is of the blonde women in charge we came 15mins earlier as can't judge with traffic and she made sure every one in pub new and when finished food we seemed to be rushed so could have the table. Apart from that which I hope they read this and learn from was a great meal and would recommend

A beautiful country pub is St Brides Major!Excellent customer service from all the staff.Thank you Clare for sorting the booking for us.Credit to the Chef and all the staff ❤👍This beautiful well run establishment was serving top qaulity food on thier £10 grill night, excellent simple menu that catered for everyone! The 24oz mix Grill, I will admit I was not expecting much as it was selling for £10,WOW I was so wrong! Good portion size and so was the other dishes of the other food i saw being served! Cooked to my liking and tasted absolutely delicious. The wife had the 16oz Gammon and was very impressed with the portion size and the quality of the food. The pepper sauce was so good I could have just drank it from the pot 😋After hearing and reading about thier Sunday Lunches and tasting thier food tonight! It gives me an excuse to go back to this wonderful place.

We went around 3pm lovely bit more quieter then when we left it was picking up. A lovely clean friendly pub easy access to. Good selection of ales and a lovely apple cider I had.The mixed grill was so worth the money the meat was cooked perfect just melted I pinched my other half lamb steak was so soft perfect cooked he ate the rest go hungry so much food. I had the chicken skewers was lovely but the coleslaw if you like it with a lot of mayo me not so much like a bit of cabbage less mayo me personally but loved the meal. The chocolate cake omg was so light and delicious defo eat that twice it was so good.Don't take my word for it go and try it out for yourself . Defo be going back .The staff are very friendly nothing is to much bother so ty.

We stopped here on the way to Ogmore. Beautiful country pub, with a lovely beer garden where I enjoyed a local bitter shandy. And then we were seated inside to eat. The food was gorgeous. The staff were lovely. Smiling all the time, very helpful. Defo will go again.

Amazing beer garden with wood fired pizza oven. Good choice of food and generous portions as well. Good selection of bitters and lagers as well as spirits. The staff are wonderful, nothing too much to accommodate. We come here regularly and always get great food and service.......you can also visit the local Milk machine that is directly next door
