Lovely pub, the beer garden is fab and child friendly.

Visited today after a long and horribly wet walk (with two horribly wet dogs!) and we were welcomed into the bar, with our dogs, by lovely friendly staff - it was a great rest stop and we were incredibly grateful! And the delicious cider on tap was very well received!

Only popped in for a pint and a snack after a long dog walk from Tondu. Barmaid was very welcoming and helpful. Our dog was welcome and offered a fresh bowl of water in the (large) beer garden. Madri lager was fantastic but no food in the afternoon. Good selection of crisps and nuts. Great stop off if you visit Bedford Park.

Great pub, great owners Tina and Mark. Probably the best pub in the Bridgend area.

Jam nights (Thursdays) are brilliant. Good service and a all round great night. Also have brilliant bands in often.
