Usa Fried Chicken in Bridgend

Tonight and last night my order was wrong I ordered mixed meat kebab with chips but I only got normal kebab

Ordered delivery; came much earlier than expected which is fantastic; food piping hot. Possibly the best chicken burger I've ever had; could not recommend it moreUpdate: One year later it's still the best chicken in Bridgend, reasonably priced and friendly staff.

Took 1 hour 45 minutes to turn up then it was the wrong order. Rude staff on the phone. Used to order weekly but after this experience would not order from again. Food was also stone Cold. As well as being incorrect and taking over 1 hour 45 minutes Rang to check on the food. And was told by a staff member "I dunno what your problem is love?" I asked for a contact less delivery due to Covid yet when the order was incorrect I was asked for the food back even with Covid. As well as insulting my personality on this review shows the profesionalism conducted from this establishment

Friendly staff, great chips, but chicken was very poor. Surely a fried chicken shop should take pride in the fried chicken. Even the wet wipes were dry 🤦‍♂️ Not for me.

I ordered online. I had 4 non-spicy wings and chips. When I ate them they were very spicy and I couldn’t eat them. The chips and delivery service was good though.

Nice food, price is ok, fairly busy, place to pop in if you feeling naughty and not on that diet....

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Although my life partner 'Dale Richards' was rather disappointed due to the lack of chicken wings.Issue was resolved with a fight-to-the-death. (Dale didn't make it)Overall not too bad but now my husband is dead. Wings were lovely though

Took 2 hours to come Thur food hub they said they buzzed my door but we heard nothing. They said they sent out a new order when really they heated the same food back up. Shame it's usually pretty nice. Will not be ordering from here again.upset.

Always have amazing food from here.Only once have I had my order gone wrong a bit and that was today. I received boneless chicken breasts, instead of pieces. I called up, informed them of the situation and that I'd not touched them. They then looked at my order and checked with the staff who prepped it and once noticed their mistake, they apologised straight away and got someone sent out to deliver the pieces to me. You can get great food almost anywhere, but I feel more confident in ordering from here, knowing that their customer service is just as top-notch as their food.

Top food and speedy delivery to boot! I recommend the Spicy Chicken Wings! Always hot to the door. Pizzas are also very good - Will rival the big chain pizza provider in my area.
