Never had a bad meal. I used to always order chicken & pineapple from Chinese menus as it's fairly difficult to get that wrong. The wai chan has given me the confidence to try different dishes and I haven't been disappointed. Good portions, delivered within given time. Hot but not soggy battered options/chips/prawn toast etc. I order direct from website or phone them as I reckon it's better for their own drivers (no middle company taking profits) to get the delivery money. Oh and tip always tip the driver, it's not an easy job.

If I could give stars in the minus I would ! Stopped off here on my way home and by far the WORST Chinese I have ever tried ! Egg fried rice was like bullets, the chicken balls were 10% chicken the rest clumpy grease! Their bbq sauce is nothing like Chinese bbq sauce and their curry sauce tastes like fruit of some sort ! Then the chow mein comes dry with no sauces of their own just a layer of vegetable fat and if you like chips - be prepared to choke as they are ridiculously dry !!!! Trying to get a refund but is proving difficult! You guys have genuinely put me off Chinese food !

Easily the worst chinese I’ve ever been to. The chicken in garlic sauce was the worst I’ve ever had. I’m afraid to say, the service was not much better. The lad that answered the phone seemed nice enough however the woman he passed me on to was just plain rude. Wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to eat at this place

I was a bit nervous of trying this place but I have to say the food was delicious....spring rolls, chicken in ginger and chicken sweet and sour...the chicken was beautiful! Very happy to try them again!

Probably the worst Chinese I ever had. The beef was awful, the salted chilli chicken was like from last week's orders, the Singapore noodles were burned to the point you could see and smell the burn. Overall I don't think people cooking in that takeaway never visited China or tried there food....

This place is my go-to choice for a Chinese takeaway as all their food is freshly cooked and served as quickly as possible. However, there may be a few things missing, or parts undercooked, they are able to replace it but it is a unfortunate that you have to go back and forth just to get either a refund or something else

The food is easily the best I ever tasted can't fault anything food is always hot the staff are always polite couldn't ask for better service they deserve an award for the food its top notch quality

Seems to be fairly mixed reviews here so I wasn't sure what to expect but I have to say the food was absolutely phenomenal. Ordered just before opening so it arrived fast, hot and fresh. The set meals are good value, we bought extras like chips and noodles as we didn't know how big the portions would be we ended up with easily 3x more food than we needed! It was even great to eat a few days later too.

Had a chicken curry and rice with sliced meat, curry was bland... no taste whatsoever, runny consistency and few pieces of chicken. Seems like they are saving on people, I would rather pay more to have decent food. Rice with sliced meat was good. I will try to have Chinese somewhere else next time.

I am not one to complain about anything especially food i'll eat and try anything once but when the food arrived it was cold! The chicken and black been sauce was served with no black bean sauce just bean sprouts and was served with a yellow water! There was absolutely no flavour to any of the dishes and the best part of the meal was the can of coke - I would rate this Chinese the worst I've ever had and i couldn't possibly give them even a 1 rating! + the delivery was overpriced - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
