ASDA in Caerphilly

I just 'phoned the Caerphilly branch. I wanted to speak to a real live human being, but got a recording, and then she hung up!

Ceri Murphy from Caerphilly Asdas was very helpful and cheerful on the checkout today.

Went for breakfast and not at all happy ate it cause i was starvin but will not be goin back, food all warmed up, wooden knives and forks, no toast or fried bread included with breakfast not a good breakfast

Pharmacy is terrible had to wait over a hour to get medication said busy no one there took it to my local Pharmacy done in 10 minutes

Went shopping at asda, caerphilly this morning. There by 7am because I have to go to work. They were late opening ( not the first time) and then I had to use a self service checkout. It's disgusting that I didn't have the choice to use a normal checkout as checkout operator's didn't start until 8am. If I wanted to use a checkout I would get a job there and it's putting people out of work. I have been very unimpressed with your store for a long time so I will now be taking my custom elsewhere in the future. 😡😡

Visit this store 2-3 tines a week as husband has a 'cashback' card. Poorly managed, poorly stocked, on a good day I'd be lucky to get 2 items off my list. Can never grab a Assistant cos their never around, either their too busy with the online shop, getting in the way, or all on a permanent break. ( at time of writing its going through a long awaited refit...17/04/22) its just poorly managed. As for the miserable woman on the kiosk, she knows who she is!!! Avoid at her at all costs. Bad attitude. Never smiles. Now get my gas/electric online as I can't stand her. Never enough 'fresh baked choc chip cookies from bakery? Why?

Click and collect staff are purposefully picking products with the lowest possible best before dates. about 70% of my shopping goes off the next day. Will not be using the service any longer. Asda know what they are doing..

We went into the shop this morning to buy a few things cheese on the self dated 29 th of December. Bought croissants 4 pack which we didn't check date was out of date also yesterday.

I just want to say a massive thank you to delphi on the pizza counter today the has the best customer service and is really good at her job unlike the experience I normally get on this counter from other members of staff as the other team members try putting you off ordering a pizza by saying it is a 45 minute wait which I replied that's fine and the huff,We need more people like delphi!

This Asda is a big superstore groceries and home and kitchen supplies also clothes. I haven’t used the dining area so can not comment. There is a large car park so never really had trouble parking. It’s conveniently located with a petrol station and car wash on site.
