Super service tasty food

I’ve been using Castle Kebab for over 30 years and although it’s never been the cleanest or most hygienic the food as always been spot on, but over the last few months they have been getting orders wrong, taking up to two hours to deliver and foods been cold but the final nail in the coffin was when my food turned up, and bag had been ripped open and the food in the bags had been opened looking like it had been picked at by the delivery driver. I’ll never have another delivery from here.

1 hour 40 minutes in I ring the shop, I'm told the driver will be there now, 15 minutes later I ring again to be told the same thing I deman an answer as I'm on the phone the driver turned up. 2 hours for food... Paid for hagen daaz ice-cream only to be given pots of sidoli ice-cream which had a price tag of £1.40 on it. Garlic baguette was soaked in. A bag where it has sweated and now cold and soggy. Kebab platter was £12.50 and all my meat was cold and literally inedible, I checked the chicken and It was pink in the middle I had two tin burnt pitta breads along with water salad and small sauces in pots.Rang shop to complain only be told they are busy hence the delay when I asked for a refund they asked that I return all the food to the driver and they would give me a cash refund although I paid on card worst place EVER

Just ordered the meal for 2 kebab box & it was amazing, by far the best we have tasted in a long time.

ordering on just eat it didn't give me an option to put sauce on my partners kebab so rang them up and didn't even put the sauce on like I had asked then when food came the wrappers were extremely greasy and my popcorn chicken were burnt almost black will never order food from here again id rather starve than eat this again

Omg, we had the most disgusting food at Castle kebab... my husband had a chicken burger, he said it was too oily & bland. I had a mixed kebab meat, & chips, the lamb meat was VERY spicy & the chicken meat was extremely oily & the chips were soggy. Never again..🤮🤮🤮 Dont order from there !!!

Food was lovely, staff seemed a little confused and didn't understand our order but we enjoyed our meal.

We've had a few pizzas from here and they have been lovely, really tasty. Looking forward to a pizza on Sunday evening on the way back from the pub early evening

Ordered through just eat online so order was in black and white in front of them but still delivered the wrong pizza. Phoned and told them didn't seem bothered new pizza turned up 45 mins later so the rest of our food had to be reheated to eat as a family. First time using them and the last food wasn't that great either
