Great coffee and staff always made welcome by all who work there ,they even know our order and our toast is on and the order has been done (I think they know us to well ) and always served with a smile and a bit of banter which is what I love thanks again to everyone who works there

What can I say but what a waste of money I donât generally visit drive through coffee shops but was pushed for time got into work began to drink the coffee or what should have been coffee I had to spoon Gold Blend into the cup as I basically was given a flavoured milk and changed over ÂŁ4 for it! Iâd have had better coffee at McDonaldâs for a fraction of the price

Bought a large latte with flavoured syrup cost over ÂŁ4 and it was tasteless just a mug of hot flavoured milk! Costa coffee is weak compared to other coffee shops but when I complained I was told I needed to pay for the extra shot not visiting again Iâll stick with Caffè Nero in Cardiff

Nice and clean, comfortable to sit and chill, but the speed of the coffee making is so slow, only in the Uk are Costa slow at making the coffee, selling toasted sandwiches at drive through when it takes 5 min to make, should be drinks only in drive through,25 min only 2 cars in front of me , late for work and canât leave the drive though,

My wife and myself go to Costa occasionally, and the staff there are nice and polite and always willing to help and assist you if you need help. It's a good Central place to meet up with people, clean and tidy, clean toilets, which is extremely important during this current pandemic, we've never had a bad drink from there, the foods pretty nice to, could be a bit cheaper though, my only real critical criticism is the disabled parking , THERE ISN'T ENOUGH OF IT, there are only two spaces in such a big car park, my wife and myself are both disabled and if we can't park we just go home, my wife and myself both struggle with walking of any distance, so to be able to park in a disabled space and near the door is a premium for us, it's like they (costa) don't want disabled people there, there's plenty of room to put more disabled parking spaces, we feel a bit put out, as if they're waiting and watching for you to take a fall ?. So PLEASE COSTA CAN YOU PUT MORE DISABLED PARKING IN. Once again, we can't fault the staff, they're great.

The absolute worst Costa I have ever been to. The staff are very slow, lazy, and prefer to stand around chatting each other up while the queue is 8 people deep. Food is taken out of the oven and left on the side for ten minutes whilst drinks are made at the pace of an asthmatic, arthritic sloth carrying heavy shopping, the order is then shoved in your general direction without a smile or word said,... Luke warm.

Saturday morning fix at Costa. God, forgot how good it tasted seriously. Even if you're in your Jim jams, just go now & get one of those velvety caffeine pickle ups from Costa. You wont regret it my loveliest, it's worth waiting in the jam in your Jim jams, believe me!!

First let me say the coffee was to Costas normal great standards and the paninis my fiancĂŠe and I had were lovely. Now... There were not enough staff as proven by the fact no tables had been cleared, 2 minutes after sitting down I felt dirty, I even had to clear a table myself before I could sit. The floor had obviously not been swept in some time. And as you can see from the pictures they were not exactly packed to the rafters with customers. I was absolutely disgusted by the state of the branch.
