Court House in Caerphilly

Service slow but nice view of castle in beer garden. Did not eat

Amazing pub restaurant. We dine there often so I've tried maybe a third of the menu and all are great value, good portions, and delicious. The app is a nice touch and the takeout/collection service doesn't falter the quality. All the staff there are lovely, the locals seem friendly, and the interior screams cabin resort. Definitely come around Christmas time for the decorations and festive vibes and summer time for the amazing view of the castle from the beer garden. Oh also the background music is super chill. Love it.

A little hidden Jem in Caerphilly town centre, (with a garden that looks over the castle ☺). Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere, we'll visit again 👍

Sunday lunch should be better. The pub did tell us food order would be slow, but really over and hour!. Much to be improved, I would not recommend the roast, the veg was awful and would be ashamed to serve such an offer. Need to do much better, staff were helpful, but the kitchen awful, would not recommend, I'm sure there are other better places in the little town.

Disgusting Sunday lunch. Veg was inedible. No staff so couldn't bring it to anyone's attention.I definitely do not recommend this place. You have been WARNED.

Friendly pub with great outside seating overlooking Caerphilly Castle.Great food, well presented, quickly cooked and reasonably priced.This was our first proper pub meal since the Covid pandemic began in March 2020!Special thanks to Dave and Flynn for looking after us

Nice view, sat outside. Staff didn’t look friendly. Was told the wait for food was 1 hour even though there were only a few tables seated waiting for food. The fries were on the burger menu as Rosemary fries with Korean bbq sauce (with Katsu burger) but it was plain fries and the same bbq sauce as the other burger meal, which was disappointing. The burger was ok though.

We werent really hungry, but felt like having something and on the way to Caerphilly castle we noticet the little alley to Court House. There was this nice wishing well and as we went in we realized the castle is just on the other side and we can enjoy some food while enjoying the great view. We had roasted tomato soop and chicken wings, coffee and my gin with coke. Food was great and its tidy and we felt welcome. Thank you!

Excellent dog friendly pub/restaurant. With beautiful view on the castle. Delicious fish and chips (we ate it so fast that I didn't have time to take a good pic 😅). Amazing place.

Such Gorgeous views of the castle from here. Friendly staff. Was pretty clean too. I loved how it was set out. Luckily enough there’s lots of seating outside so we managed to get the last table!
