Family Kebab in Caerphilly

Ordered large meat, chips and salad, when it came the tray was basically a load of chips 5 little strands of meat and stale brown salad. When I phone to complain the owner started shouting at me and told me to never order food from them again. Wow fantastic costumer service. First and last time I use this place.

Food is delicious, always delivered piping hot and in a great time. Never use anywhere else.

Would and never have written a bad review of any take away but this one is extremely unpleasant. I book my food for ten minutes but I arrive in 5 minutes and they are handing me my chicken burger meal,how is it cooked must be pre cooking, naughty.Got home smell was nasty,just knew not to eat it.So severe only gave my dog the chips and was extremely ill. Been at the vet's all day.

The food from this place can be hit or miss as some days my food is on time and tastes fantastic but on most occasions it's cold and needs to be reheated. Your best bet is to collect your order so you got it while it's hot. The staff are friendly and welcoming so that's something and they are open 7 days a week

Worst place I've ever had kebab from. My partner wanted to treat us and they can't even cook their food properly! Never having food from here again

I’ve used this takeaway on numerous occasions via just eat food Hub and directly never had an issue until tonight!! I ordered a large and an extra large donner woth garlic chilli salad and pickles. Well what turned up was two kebabs no different in size and certainly not large or extra large and no garlic or pickles. I raised this with the takeaway comparing to what I’d had on other occasions and was told they have sent everything nothing they can do!! Disgusting attitude and level of customer serviceWell what they sent was not proper portions a completely rip off there are other kebab places locally that provide what is ordered with a good attitude!! I will go elsewhere as I’m not a mug won’t be lied to or ripped off and disappointed that previous loyalty counted for nothing!!

I've been a good customer for a while, untill the last order I made they cancelled. I received no food and they still charged me. I rang them on the phone and he kept shutting me off in a rude manner and he said "It has nothing to do with me ".Shame really they lost a good customer over 1 order. I ordered through FoodHub. FoodHub said contact them directly. But they won't help. Won't recommend to anyone anymore.

Stay absolutely clear, meat and chips were vile lamb doner was so thick and full of gristle chicken was really fatty slimy and tasteless soggy chips drowned in sauce , I've had some dodgy kebabs but this tops the list. Not one bit was fresh, no care or attention . I don't even think they would eat the food they cook themselves it's that bad . Have a sandwich . And give it a miss.

Absolutely discussed with the food I had. Freezing cold when turned up a hour late. Bread solid also wet. Kofty we had was burned and raw inside!! The salad was brown like its been left for days. Absolutely appalling!!! Would not recommend this to anyone!!!! Worst food I've had by far!
