Flames Kebab House in Caerphilly

Payed £11.50 for a lamb Donner didn't have no salad asked for some coleslaw in a pot because I would need to warm kebab up by the time I get home and they told me its £2 but if it's on the kebab it's free absolutely disgraceful will never use this place again

Previously left a bad review. In the past 12 months Flames have been exceptional, so I have updated this. The food is always good, and the guys always turn up sooner than expected.Fair play Flames, have just order up!

Terrible food meat was full of hard bits greasy aswel.

Standards have slipped. 45 minute wait to over 2 hours for a delivery. Food arrived Luke warm. If you collect it’s good. But I won’t use delivery ever again. Updated 26/10/21

Just picked up a mixed kebab and I have to say out numerous kebab places I've ever been this serves the smallest portion I've seen £9 for a lot of salad they must have thought I was Vegan avoid if your hungry or avoid even if your not sad day.

Awful. Forgot some of our meals, ones that did arrive were swimming. Pitta breads not edible as they were placed on the bottom of the tray so the sauce had soaked in. Chicken shish was the worst i had ever seen and the costs were higher than any other store i had ordered from before. Will never order again!!

Ordered 2 small shish kebabs and chips cost us £17 when it came it was the smallest kebab I have ever had. Tray full of lettuce with 4 pieces of chicken underneath. Usually chunks in shish but this was more like slices. All never order again.

Ordered food . What's so difficult about 2x cheese garlic bread and chips with a can of diet coke ? Food took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive with only 1x cheese garlic bread. Had food from there before and it just keeps getting worse !!
