This was my go to takeaway. However lately everytime I've ordered, the food has been cold and the chips look like they've been reheated. Thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt because everyone has an off day but my last order was terrible parts of my order was missing and given a wrong dish. I'd ring the shop and they were quite rude, like i offended them by asking for what I paid for

Recently changed hands two weeks ago and you would think they would strive to keep up standards but it was really disappointing.Crispy chicken was soft. Chicken and mushrooms was bland. Chips reheated.I think I'll find somewhere else next time.Shame it used to be good.

Absolutely terrible meal from here last night 21/11.I had chicken curry and the sauce tasted more like gravy, my son had crispy chilli chicken that was awful too, the chips were reheated and the prawn crackers were going soft.I'dve given it zero if I could have .

Without a doubt the best Chinese around Caerphilly! Never had a bad meal from here! Always hot fresh cooked food. Prawn crackers are the best about, most Chinese places are all thin and crushed up but these are as they should be! Delivery times as usually the time they say sometimes a bit longer.

Absolutely terrible. For one, the online order for just eat has items that they simply do not do. They advertise 'All in one tray meals' but when I phoned to order them, apparently they didn't do them.Not only did they advertise falsely, but when we did order, to be picked up at 10, when we got here we found they DIDNT PUT OUR ORDER THROUGH and I was forced to wait half an hour while we waited for them to make it there and then. Then they gave us 4 chicken balls when we ordered 10. Absolutely awful experience. Never again. The only reason I tried this place was because my usual Chinese was closed. Next time I'd rather go hungry than even attempt to order from here again. Words cannot express the dissatisfaction I experienced. TERRIBLE. Also, food was sub par

Very disappointed in the food from here tonight, turned up late and some of the food was cold, rice looked old, ribs was awful, didn't even look like ribs, veg spring rolls was practically empty, will not be going there again.

Poor, wanted to charge me for chips that they forgot to send me in the first place, constantly messing the order up, food is always cold, the woman who takes the order is very rude , in general not a good service, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Absolutely lovely, boiling hot and delivered by the time I finished my beer and got another. My 7 year old eat things she didn't know what it was it was so tasty......... Lovely family, lovely food..

Absolutely loved our chinese tonight. Food was lovely and hot on delivery, arrival was quick, food was delicious. The overall service was fantastic.! Lady on phone was very polite and so was the delivery driver. Very happy customer
