KFC Blackwood Restaurant in Caerphilly

I ordered a zinger tower box meal with corn on the cob & x2 hot wings & a coffee well that's what I thought, when In fact I got a tower box meal with a stale bun, hardly any lettuce in it & only x1 hot wing when it's supposed to be x2 they didn't even have coffee. what an absalute rubbish meal, I can tolerate a little bit but that was absalute ridiculous, needless to say I won't be going back If I can help it & I threw the meal & had a takeaway instead reason why I didn't go back I hear you ask? I live 20mins away.

Probably the worst experience at a KFC. Dreadful service waiting at the drive through for at least 5 minutes after someone said "I won't be long". Then tserved a fillet box meal with a dry fillet burger with next to nothing in it other than two small fillets and a sparrow leg with hardly any meat. At least the fries were edible. First and last time I'll be eating here!

Everytime I come here there's either something missing or I get the wrong things and have to go back in to get it put right. I know these things can happen as I've worked in fast food but not every single time. It's happened when I've ordered in the drive thru and sat in-store.

I just paid £16 for a family bucket and it was awful the chicken was tiny and the chips were cold never again

What an absolute shambles. The coffee machine Is always 'getting cleaned' so I'm never able to order a coffee. The drive thru machine is broken which means its a longer wait for food, which is fine and can't be helped but the staff don't seem to be in much off a rush to do anything. I asked for 2 separate orders when ordering at the window and they said it can't be done.. don't understand why not but hey ho.20 minutes today just to get to the window to be told no coffees and I had to then park up for another 10 minutes to wait for a zinger burger.The staff were more interested in having a natter than sorting the food.

Food poisoning!! Chicken looked like it has been reheated several times, very dry and a much darker shade than normal. Definitely was from here as it was all I ate during the day. Put me off KFC for life now 🤢🤢🤢

Really disappointed with my visit today. Ordered the 12 pc bucket... asked for just rib and breast. Came out all leg and greasy thigh. Took the bucket back in and then was told they only have dark meat today. Im like seriously? Its KFC? And why wasn't i told that whilst going through the drive through? No apologies just a refund. Also asked for a boneless bucket for 1 ... came out not boneless. Will not be wasting my time here again every single time i come here they always get it wrong. Always dissapointed.

Blackwood Bipolar KFC. Sometimes great, sometimes terrible.Had one two weeks ago. Normal size chicken on the bone pieces, succulent, nice coating. Thick gravy. Fast forward one week, must of been worried about the Potato Famine part 2, there was only about 10 fries in there, then the chicken, was quite dry but also bloody tiny. I actually thought one of the pieces was a hot wing. Nope my mistake.Come on KFC, hangovers and falling of the diet wagon needs you on your game. Your half way there..

It was ok.I experienced a long wait through the drive through, then the agent would not allow me to have to of the deals from the app on one order. I asked her to process 2 separate orders but she was reluctant to do this.After receiving the meal deal for 2, which looked like alot of food on the picture, I only got 2 chicken burgers, 2 small fries and 4 small spicy wings.A receipt was not given. The order was correct with exception to the second deal I wanted.

Terrible service as usual always get given the wrong food and its dirty in the store. Not recommended
