KFC in Caerphilly

Staff are always friendly and helpful. All the food is really lovely whether fresh or frozen and so so cheap. Their steak pies are delicious and their strawberry shortcake is fabulous 65p! Their fresh meat, fish and vegetables are superb, avocados are truly ready to eat. Since switching to Aldi I have saved a minimum of £30 a week on my shopping. Thanks Aldi.

Food was alright. Fairly clean tables. Table service is not available even though it is offered as an option. Overall not a bad lunch experience.

Ordering machines are normally glitchy or out of receipt paper. Can't normally scan the app. Service is a bit slow too. Chicken is good though! 👍

I had a family bucket from here yesterday 4th June. The worst meal I have had from there. The chips were disgusting. We should have sent them back. Will not be going there again.

Gent's toilet is a disgrace and not checked regularly enough for a fast food establishment🤢.no toilet tissue available!Floor pee'd on in cubicle and almost dried up!Feces marinade in toilet brush holder stuffed with toilet tissue tubes "USED" in place of missing tissues!Toilet brush head detached possibly in holder (I didn't have the stomach to check!)Misaligned toilet seatCubicle 5ft x 2ft, door frame privacy bar sticks out 10cm inside of that. Perfect for smashing knees and elbows into!toilet constantly flushing but flush not working.Debris filled urinals.This is not a place I want food from so I left and found food elsewhere

Ordered a family bucket and a bunch of sides, everything in the order was correct, hot and fresh. Service was friendly and efficient. Much nicer than that golden arches nonsense!

Decided to have a meal there today and waited about 15 mins at the counter and still not served, so I walked out. If they can't be bothered I can't be bothered to go again.

I have never been so disappointed.Ordering for a family of 5 including 2 children .. not only did we have to wait just under an hour over the delivery time when the food arrived most of it was cold and mashed up where it had been chucked in one bag… with drinks leaking on top and items missing.Did not even eat the majority as it was tasteless . Worst £46 ever spent … will not be ordering from them ever again!!!!!!!

Went in as can't drive on my way home from work!! Got used the machine which never gave me receipt which i didn't mind....i sat down (bearing in mind there is only me in there) after 5-10 mins i hear the staff fooling around....then i hear there are no customers in here so i can assalt you which i look around and the one boy is in a headlock.....asked to see a manager she came and i explained and she said they were throwing salt sachets!! so she don't see a problem!!

The smell of ancient disgusting oil is noticeable round the local area. I used to like the occasional unlucky fried kitten, but they've gone way down hill and the smell puts me off every time I think of returning. Not just me though. Drive past any fast food place at peak time and it'll be packed, except KFC, which will be empty because everyone knows just how bad it really is. Could at least change the oil every other year, so we don't have to put up with the stench and who knows, maybe customers would start to return? Crazy idea, but might work. Until then, avoid. You deserve better.
