Nearly 2 hours for 2 pizzas when they’re only up the road. Ring up to see where our order is to have a man shouting in the back tell them it’s on the way, unprofessional when clearly our order isn’t even ready. Delivery free extortionate as well. Both had long day in work so much for fast food. Turned up luke warm!

Have had food from here before. Tonight was shocking, the burger was a cheap budget patty, no 'spice' on chips, it was all mildly warm. Wont be back in a hurry!

Ordered 3 large combo kebabs , requested extra meat in all of them. Turned up with hardly any meat! £33 for average portions , not good. Quality food poor portions

Family members ordered through website. When they phoned to query where order was, was told they hadn't received their order even though the payment had been taken. Offered to drive down to show proof of payment and order confirmation and they instantaneously found the order!! Phoned again and was told food was out on delivery. 20 minutes later still nothing. 3 and a half hours after placing order, still no food. Phoned to query again and was hung up on! Absolutely shocking customer service! Never ordering from here again

The food is lovely from there but the its never delivered on time. Had to cancel my order tonight I ordered it 20.30 22.00 still hadn't arrived so cancelled.

I placed an order, then I rung back to see if they could add sauce within my order but they said they were on their way. I then rung back 20 minutes later to see if they were still on way and they said they cancelled the order. So after waiting 40 minutes for food. It was then too late to order from anywhere else.
