Mcdonald's Restaurants in Caerphilly

I often visit this Mc Donald's. Usually quite good. At times my orders are wrong and food can be slightly cold, but in general it's good. I dine in and also order for a takeaway.

Went through the drive through 40 minutes ago...still parked up waiting for the food. Whilst waiting we've seen probably more than 100 just eat deliveries leave with food. It's terrible how recently they only care about their delivery customers. I hope my little girl doesn't ask 4 Mac D's again, because I won't be a returning customer!

Not usally a breakfast person but this time it was awful service the food was so poorly presented and quality was definitely below standard, drinks 1/3 full. Out of 3 orders from Caerphilly on Uber eats 2 of them missing items, they are an absolute joke, they advise you have to get the driver to return and pick up more! How is that fair on Uber drivers! The driver advised they don’t get paid for that, disgusting service operated by a load of kids for cheap labour No wonder Caerphilly has the worst McDonald’s, embarrassment!

2 stars same as food cleanliness rating. As said previously, this should be displayed before you enter the drive through. My order was wrong plus, the Double sausage egg Mcmuffin was burnt and cold.... Car park was empty, wonder why. Place needs a shake up!

Had a few issues with placing my order on the app. Checked in and waited about 20 minutes to get my order. Team were clearly going between breakfast and normal menu. While I was waiting, about 5 people bought their orders back as there was mistakes, but our order was spot on, hot and fresh.

I was going thru the drive thru to collect my order at around 7.30pm on Thursday, 14th April. I collected my order from Rachel. Well, what an absolute pleasure that she surved me. She was professional, happy and done her job well. It was a service with a smile :)Thank you Rachel

Fast service. Ordering machine wouldn't print our ticket so I wasn't sure of the collection number. Explained to the staff and they were on the case and really helpful. Food was piping hot and delicious.

I have been to McDonald's pontypandy a few times, and I have yet to get a meal that's hot or even warm. Every time that I've been there, the food is virtually cold, and the coffee is only just about warm, but the cup is never full, it's virtually empty. Now forgive me if I'm wrong, but having worked in the food and beverage industry for most of my working life, I was taught to and told that food had to be served at a certain temperature. Staff would always have a thermometer with them so they could test the temperature of the food . I have never seen anything like this in McDonald's, on a health and safety matter this could be an issue for McDonald's pontypandy because of certain bacteria and other health risks. I'm surprised that they have never been challenged over this practice, they should be reported for this as it's an important issue and concerning. This is what happens when you employ youngsters that are not trained properly in this area. I do not or wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
