what a lovely pub at the top of Darren Valley.every body so kind and helpful. view is so beautiful. good beer and a little haven away from busy life.

Not sure why Google have a pic of the cemetery across the road for the pub. Maybe some subliminal dangers of drink warning 😂 😂 😂

Quiet no bar meals and cold

What a wonderful welcome we all received at this local pub in Fochriw. We'd been volunteering with the Cardiff Conservation Group locally by fixing up the dry stone wall in the church on the hill nearby & decided to go for a quick, we'll earned slurp before heading back to the city. It was lovely & cozy inside & we got a warm smile from everyone. Plus, the landlord kindly allowed us the use of their facilities, should we find ourselves getting caught short throughout the day 😊 ta for that butt, much appreciated.Plenty of parking available ~ highly recommended to anyone visiting the area.

Motocross / enduro friendly popped over a few times on a sunday for a pint the landlord pretty nice Guy friendly he will help you to the best of his ability.
