Royal Kebab in Caerphilly

Will not use again they have changed there menu food isn’t as nice and not what u think ur getting so ask before to know cause they dnt tell you they make out it’s the same

absolutely disgusting customer services, ordered from there so much and had to call them now 3 times because they have got something wrong… he said over the phone that every time we order there’s a problem, if they can’t listen to their customers over phone when ordering food they shouldn’t be working at a takeaway shop never ordering from here again disgusting attitude

Ordered food at 8.30 still waiting 9 fast food they advertise as

Disgusting! ordered a special burger and a spicy kebab they didn't put sauce on kebab and didn't put any Salad on my burger that I asked for! When I phoned them they called me a liar! I wouldn't even give them 1star if I had a choice

This place has really gone down hill since Covid 19. Food arrives in 20 mins. Cold. Small portion. Waste of money. Sort it out guys!!

Me and my partner ordered from her 11th February 2019 payed almost £17 for a pizza medium shish kebab and chips. When it got delivered i was adamant to kebab they sent was a small because it was tiny, just thought thats no way a medium if it is I would dread to think what a small is. Ring the shop and they inform it is a medium. Im disgusted by this it's so small I asked for all the salad and garlic sauce there is hardly any salad on the and the garlic sauce is like watery yoghurt and mint can't fast no garlic at all. Do yourself a favour and go to family kebab in crosskeys where I normally order it's amazing. Portions are huge, Garlic is stunning and they have loads of salad.

Disgusted ! Ordered a meal from here only for the wrong meal to be delivered l. Phone them up to let them know to which I was told that was what I ordered and it was my mistake not theirs and I have to deal with it because they are about to close. Absolute joke . Member of staff I spoke to was so rude. I will never order from this place again!

Quick friendly service, generous enough with the meat but very tight always with the salad which spoils such a rich dish for me!

Had food from here won't go anywhere else they don't do jacket potatoes and the food is outstanding is give it a 5 excellent the food taste awesome and the staff make you smile and happy they are very cheerful and polite

Bunch of liars the food is hot lovely baked potatoes and nice fresh food beautiful blokes working there brill clean shop blossoming salads I won't go any where else should be hygiene 5.9 so good I'd buy every day if I could the boss is bright
