Sam's Grill House in Caerphilly

Ordered Donner wrap and chips, asked if they did proper chilli sauce and was told yes they do homemade. Had to go to the cashpoint as they said cash only so I wasn't there when they made my order. Got back to the hotel the portion of chips tiny any weren't cooked fully, the wrap looked tiny and there was no salad in it , just meat with awful sugary sweet chilli sauce, out of the bottle type definitely not what I was expecting. Had one bite and binned it, 😤

Been ordering from sams for years but lately the potion sizes have been reduced and prices gone up. Would happily pay for the normal size but not the smaller potions. But the food is absolutely lovely especially the pizzas!

Sad to say that they need to cook there meat on charcoal and not gas, as you can taste the gas, not pleasant at all.The chips are always re-heated and awful 😖 it could be much better and i have tasted all of city road Kebab shops.

Really gone downhill lately!! Use to be good, hot, quality food, now looks rushed & smaller portions but prices gone up!! I understand prices have gone up & would pay for the portions I've had in the past but won't be ordering again!!

They do amazing food the pizzas are better than domino's with friendly service and delivery

This place is amazing!! Absolutely love the food,always fresh and hot!! Staff and owner are so friendly,find ourselves having food just to pop in for a chat!! Would highly recommend and I'd give it 10 stars if I could xx

never ever buying from here again, dripping in grease, order was wrong and garlic sauce tasted gone off, and 1 hour and 40 minutes to wait for it to be delivered. last 2 months has gone down hill and i been ordering from here for years ***** PLEASE AVOID****
