Subway in Caerphilly

Went here the other night with a work colleague. Normally the customer service isn't great here but on this particular occasion it was great. There was a new server I'd never seen before (I think his name was Matthew) and his level of customer service and the way he engaged with his customers was exceptional.

Ordered through UberEats. 1 Large meal including a can of pepsi, a bag of crisps & cookie, & nachos along with some other little things. Order arrived, no cookie, no pepsi can, no crisps and burnt nachos. I don't think I'll be ordering from there again. Really Disappointed.

What a waste of money. Ordered a steak and cheese sub with sauce and salad.. turned up with no cheese, no salad and no sauces. Wet steak so a sloppy wet sandwich ewww. Ordered a cookie. Surprise surprise.. no cookie. No complaints dept. No answer. No way to get a refund. It was unedible.

What can I say about subway? Should I mention the fantastic food that never disappoints? Should I talk about the awesome bread or the amazing meatballs in marinara. Nope, instead I'm going to say that the staff are awesome and friendly and made me laugh, even if one of them measures their height in comparison to a filter tip 🤣🤣

Been there and got all subs and the bread for them all taste funny? Defo not right.. we've had from there plenty and always been ok but today something tasted off, rang the shop only to get hung up on twice as they are "busy" so will be getting in touch with head office?

Very friendly staff they were training a new guy who done very well and food was exceptional 👌

Ordered through UE..... hardly anything I requested on my salad and that includes the extra cheese I paid for. Never order again.

Always think the food is great in this branch, and their social distancing policies are on point too

Very good, went after a trip to carephilly castle and staff were very polite and had a delicious sub and was 💯% satisfied with hygiene. I also reddened my free snack and had some cheesy nachos that were great.

I guess they can improve some of staff attitude and fresh food may be ideal.
