Lovely food and great service, staff are amazing. Tables very tight together tonight compared to recent times though. I guess they’re trying to maximise income after a couple of nightmare years. Not sure I’d rush back as couldn’t hear ourselves speak we were that close to others.

We hadn’t booked, it was 8pm and we were starving. Staff gave us a warm welcome and service was quick and attentive. The food was truly delicious and we had more to take home too. We will definitely be back.I really want to stress how friendly and attentive the staff were, it was a really nice part of our evening.

Wow . The food was perfect. Staff was brilliant. Well served .cooked to perfection. And such a clean and very welcoming place . Can't wait to book again at risca. Masks to be worn in and then only to use the toilets . But off at the tables . A very must visit

As good as it gets for Indian cuisine outside London suburbs. Staff are friendly, helpful and do their best to cater for specific requests as well. Nice ambience, spacious interiors and reasonable wait times for freshly made food.

It was my first experience with Indian food!Loved it! Stuff was very helpful explaining dishes & very friendly. Place is baby friendly as well! Food was delicious and portions decent! Highly recommend!! HIGHLY!

Amazing value for money Indian restaurant in Risca. Great food at a decent price! Never come away hungry as good portion sizes. Popular, so busy on the weekends so worth booking ahead.

Visited on a Sunday evening, and restaurant was very quiet, so not able to comment on service if it was a busy time. I was served quickly by polite and attentive staff. Meal came quickly after ordering. Lamb tikka starter was tender and tasty with a lots of lamb. Main course of chicken kula puri was excellent. Full of flavour with lots of chicken and just enough of the whole green chillies which typically give the dish its kick. Side dishes of boiled rice and plain naan were as you would expect. Meal for one came to £25, but this included two large bottles of bangla at £3.95 each. Overall reasonably priced for the standard of the food provided. Restaurant has it's own car park at the rear, and is situated at the southern end of the town, close to the junction with the Risca bypass, making it easily accessible. I would gladly visit again.
