The Bumble Bee in Caerphilly

What a delightful find. Gluten free menu has so many options, including dessert. Dedicated fryer for chips (fries) and genius bread for sandwiches. Wonderful service, warm clean atmosphere. Very friendly. Vegan and vegetarian choices as well.

I don't often leave feedback as most eating out experiences are very samey. The staff here were very friendly and attentive. Service was prompt but we didn't feel we were being rushed. The value for money was excellent and all the food was nicely presented. It all added up to a very pleasurable experience.

Went in for sandwich decided to have tea with southern fried chicken with side order of onion rings ... Next time will look at the top of menu, as did not notice it came with fries so had a good lunch food was great, lush, did not enjoy the cup of tea it was to strong for me would have preferred tea pot with a pot of hot water as well, could make tea as I like it problem is they have these machines that pour it. Again Loved the lunch tasted great .....

Mid week visit, not very busy, welcoming staff, clean tables, food ordered at table either via App or waiting staff.Delicious meals arrived quickly. I had Veggie Burger, which was yummy!Desserts were excellent and would go again.

Place was lovely and clean with nice decor. The staff were attentive and extremely pleasant and chatty. The food was served quickly, was nice and hot, was tasty and the bill was less than expected with 2 for 1 on the meals. My daughter even had her desert free as a solo diner as there were 3 of us. Couldn't fault a thing.

Sunday lunch was lovely, really tasty and generous on the roast potatoes. Cauliflower cheese portion is enough for 2 .

Lovely food, check out the mega meals selection (which are also included in the 2 for 1 offer!), busy restaurant, advisable to book, staff were friendly and great at their jobs. Apologies for not leaving a tip; we didn't have any cash on us and there wasn't an option on the card machine. Would suggest one thing to Marstons, probably have cutlery and sauce stations in the restaurant to take some pressure off of your wonderful staff. Will be visiting again. Thank you. :)

Arrived here at 12 for lunch. Greeted very politely upon arrival. Told who our waiter was for the afternoon. Given a loyalty card. Seated. Whoosh! What a time to be alive. How could this possibly get any better!?Well, it doesn’t. Our starters were okay but the mains seemed like they’d just been put together from the freezer aisle in any supermarket and cooked in a fancy restaurant kitchen.Unfortunately that doesn’t make the meals fancy. They were pretty poor. Pie looked like I made it, and I can’t cook.I’m afraid this bumble bee needs to find better pollen. Sorry 😔On the plus side: I rolled up the loyalty card and it makes a great kazoo.

Me and my Mrs had an amazing time tonight. The food was absolutely amazing!I had a Rump Steak with Scampi and she had a Chicken Tikka.I’ve never had steak so good before!Excellent service too!We’ll definitely be coming here again!

Greeted very quick as we walked into the building and was sat down within a minute, brilliant service staff very friendly, we had Jen as our server and Matt brought our food. Food was tasty, props to the chefs! Throughout our stay we were asked if we needed anything and how was the food etc. Amazing staff. Food had us so stuffed we couldn’t walk, will definitely return.
