Great coffee quality, super nice staff, my debit card (through my mobile) wouldn't work on their payment machine and the guy said no worries you can pay another time...which I thought was a really nice gesture. I owe them an Americano and will be paying it next time i pass by. Highly recommended 👌

Visited here on my way to work this morning, ordered a white hot chocolate. It was amazing and decided to sit in the shop.The staff were very welcoming and even offered a spoon to eat the cream. It's a really lovely atmosphere and toilets were sparkling clean. My new favourite coffee place.

The most amazing focaccia sandwich with a delicious coffee. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a quick bite for breakfast or eating while out shopping. Very friendly service too, always happy to help or recommend their personal favourites.

A lovely, friendly coffee shop, with a fantastic atmosphere. Can get busy during the day on qeekends, but worth calling in for the delicious coffee. They also do take out if you're in a hurry. I would highly recommend 200 degrees on the steength of the coffee alone, but the staff add a level of welcome thatbis second to none.

Best flat white I've had in a long time. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lovely interior design, good vibe, but it's the coffee that steals the show.

Coffee was average there was no skimmed milk.. The guy who served me was rude and very dismissive. First time in the cafe. Overall look of place was excellent. Just need better staff. For someone who drinks copious amounts of coffee I will never go to this one in Cardiff again.

This used to be my favourite coffee shop in Cardiff. The coffee is great, but unfortunately my past experience a staff member was very rude to us after we requested a coffee be kids temp. We understand if there is a policy about the temperature, and it’s fine, but we obviously don’t know the policy. The way he explained to us was incredibly blunt and it felt like he just wanted to argue with us. He also proceeded to complain about us to his colleague in front of us which I found highly unprofessional. This has really upset me because I love this coffee shop, but I have never seen such blatant rudeness.

200* coffee in Cardiff is my good morning coffee and friends. I get a coffee almost everyday before going to work and I couldn't imagine starting my day any different. Wonderful people, great coffee, and delicious vegan treats. When I leave home to America I will miss them dearly.

It was my first visit here. Café quiet crouded - the best sofas occupied by people who probably work remotely. Very nice set up and great selection of drinks. About staff - eccentric man in hat makes most of job there - very nice! Unfortuanetly one star less for cleaning service - tables where sticky like they are clean just at the morning then no one care - I hope you will take this constructive criticism to your heart.
