Amazing food. Lovely steak, brilliant asparagus salad and lovely pudding. First wine I ordered wasn't the best, but the second glass was lovely.Very sweet girl served our food.Everything was spot on. My mum is a difficult one to please and she was so happy 😊

Superb. Had lunch pre rugby and we were well looked after, not rushed and had some excellent food with quality ingredients and service.

Great restaurant not far from Central station and the Principality Stadium. The restaurant is a mix of Spanish and Welsh cuisine. Staff are friendly and the food was well presented. I had the Dairy beef share platter which comes medium rare. Worth a visit.

Good place to have a steak! We really enjoyed the pork terrine as well. The price of lunch menu is pretty good for the quality and service.

Today my fiancé and had dinner at Asador44.For starters my fiancé had the charcoal orange cured bass with apple, radish and seaweed; I had the spiced Iberian pork and octopus terrine with piquillo, fennel and mint. The balance of flavours in the starters were perfect, they tasted sublime. For our main, we had the 7-year-old ex-dairy cow sirloin for 2 cooked rare with a bone marrow and rioja sauce with fries. This is, without a doubt, the best steak I've had in the UK. It's flavour and tenderness is just amazing, we keep coming back here for this steak! This paired well with the lovely wine we had (Vallemayor, tempranillo, Rioja 2019).Finally for dessert, my fiancé had the smoked blackberry parfait with apple cider sorbet and granola. It tasted so fresh and light, perfect finishing dish for my partner. I had the Pedro Ximénez chocolate and hazelnut beef fat caramel tart with cherry sorbet. Normally I don't tolerate sweet well and don't like caramel but this beef fat caramel tasted AMAZING. I LOVED IT. The tart wasn't too sweet, it was perfectly flavourful and balanced. Food at Asador44 is 10/10, will certainly keep being a returning costumer!

A great dining experience in Cardiff. Very well prepared and tasty food. Exceptional steak and flavourful sides.Service is quick, efficient and friendly without being overbearing.Somewhat aggressively priced but worth it for an escape from the chains that seem to dominate the area.

The staff are very kind and helpful and the service they provide is very quick so you're not left with empty plates on the table for a long time. They check everything is ok just the right amount without it being too much. The food was amazing! But it can be a little confusing as to what you're actually ordering with the Spanish names. This can be mitigated by using Google or just asking. Was a little put off that they automatically type the optional tip into the card machine without asking as it can be awkward when you say no to the tip. Ideally the server should ask if they'd like to apply the tip first. But overall a good experience.

Food was amazing. The service was fantastic, the staff were so helpful and informative and most importantly patient while we were being indecisive. Definitely recommend
