Barburrito in Cardiff

Elan was super helpful, made my burrito with precision and speed and they were a delight to be served by. Wish I could roll a burrito like that! Excellent service and very tasty burrito *chefs kiss* couldn't ask for more

Delicious burritos and really welcoming staff! They really helped us make the perfect burritos! I would only suggest a small coffee machine as I was dying to have a coffee and burrito after a nice long day of shopping. Would eat here again!

First time visitors today, and we were warmly greeted by your friendly and chatty employees, we were guided through the ordering process and all the options were explained to help us taylor our orders to.our individual tastes. Came in at about 1750 on 07/04/22The young man working (didn't catch his name) but was wearing glasses was very VERY helpful and informative.Made him aware of my partner's Avacado allergy (I know, seems silly to go to a mexican outlet) and we was very impressed how he and his colleagues ensured as little contamination as possible. They washed hands, changed gloves and wiped everything down for us.We got 2 loaded burritos, fries and a drink. Worth the money.Good atmosphere, chilled, good music at a good level of noise.The same young man (who deserves a promotion) was told to pass some Goodies to us by manager (thank you) cuz I made a remark at how nice the Chipotle Mayo was and they should sell it by the bottle.If they think we were head office mystery shopping them, we weren't but you got nothing to worry about.We WILL be back!!!!

Visited the store today, what an experience ! Food was absolutely stunning and staff were so friendly, especially the female manager with brown hair in a shirt, I didn't catch her name unfortunately but she was so polite and helpful, really couldn't do enough for me ! The store was spotless and credit to the manager keeping the queue moving but still managing to have a lovely conversation and keep up repertoire with customers ! Will definitely be returning !!

Awful!I ordered the naked burrito and signature fries.The naked burrito was like mush, gave me 2 pieces of spinach and didn't taste right.The signature fries state they come with a sauce which they didn’t and when asking for the sauce, I just received a funny look.The fries were awful, you’d get a better selection from the frozen isle at Tesco.The level of customer service and communication between staff was poor.

I visited on Thursday last week and was served by bec, she was amazing from start to finish. I had several questions about certain meats and what tasted good/ filled me up the most. 10/10 recommend and I definitely will be back!

It was great burritos and got lots of new stuff. Check it out if you are in uk for some comfortable burritos. Not the best but definitely better than maui poke. Street cheef is still the best burrito in uk so far. Looking forward for better burrito in town. If anyone knows one, feel free to reach me out and ill be right there next time. Cheers!

Found no so long ago that they do halal chicken. So decided to try it today on our anniversary. Couldnt have chosen a better place as me and my husband dont always love fancy restaurants. We got there a bit late, staff was very friendly. Ordered Quesarito and California, both with jerk chicken, salsa and salad. Also ordered soft shell tacos (as they didnt have any crispy shell left) with chicken, beans and vegetables.Safe to say we enjoyed every bit of it. The food was fresh and full of flavour. Big sized portions and good value for money.The only let down were Churros as the dough was quite chewy and the sauce was thick and cold.Would definitely be returning soon for more burritos.
