Burger King - Working Street in Cardiff

Not a great experience staff can't understand what your saying 5 times I had to repeat my order and are extremely rude the restaurant absolutely stinks of mould and is very dirty not a great look !! I won't be going again

Rubbish on the tables, even though it wasn't busy! The staff we made contact with were friendly but other staff members were just hanging around. Could do better Burger t.

Terrible place to get a bite to eat. Outside of the store is constantly dirty with homles people smoking spice (smells like rotten fish)Staff very Unprofessional and look dirty with no customer service skills. i was servedby a unshaven Greecey boy with a matted ponytail (no hair net) who was mumbling under his breath. Waiting over 10 minutes before I received my food which was cold. no straws no napkins no salt or pepper or sauce! Absolutely descusting place to eat in! tables sticky with food left on and the surrounding areaFlys everywhere! Did not see 1 staff member clean anything in the 40 minutes of me being hereMy camera does the burger more justice than it deserves. Safe to say will not be returning and I advise if you are going to spend up to £10 on a burger you should visit five guys In the brewery quarter.

Very pricey for what you get. Dining in was awful. Floors were disgusting upstairs. Toilets were gross. No soap. Taps didn't work properly. Burger patties were dry and chewy. Buns fell apart like they were going stale. Went there because it wasn't as busy as other places but now we know why

Tables were dirty and toilets were absolutely disgraceful. We stopped in at 11:30am, so there was no real excuse to why it such a mess. Definitely not eating here again!

Visited this Burger King yesterday for a quick bite to eat before some crazy golf, we waited 20 minutes for 2 meals for it to be barely warm, there was not a single clean table, every single surface including the floors was dirty with crumbs, spilt drinks etc absolutely disgusting! There was no excuse for this, plenty of staff and place was pretty empty. I wish I took photos but just wanted to get out of there fast! This store seriously needs looking into and new management asap!

No complaints the staff are polite the food is adequate and the security again polite. Old lady in remains a Burger King with it's limitations and fast food will only ever be fast food as you follow the fries are very good. It is the perfect venue for clubbing spree

Before I start I wanna say the food was lush and the service was although slow was good... My issue was with how clean the eating area was upstairs. Tables had rubbish and food on and the floor was like sticky fly paper. One customer complained about the floor so a worker came straight up and started washing it which was great but also made our exit down the stairs a dangerous slippery experience

Called into burger king in Cardiff and ordered a crispy chicken meal with a Coke. Was charged a Extra 13p for sugar tax. I've not Heard of this before. But burger king passing this charge onto the customers. Despite the menu board not explaining this extra charge,also the burger looks like it should be on the value given the size of it. Spent £7.62 and don't feel satisfied. Won't be returning.

Was ignored while waiting in the que while four of their staff members ignored me and talked about girlfriends. After that there wasn't anywhere to sit that wasn't dirty, keep in mind we turned up at burger king at 4:30pm so there wasn't a rush or qué and only two to three other customers in store. I love burger king food but the location in Cardiff is upsetting.
