Cafe Atma in Cardiff

I went here for yoga 2x, absolutely beginner friendly, the people are welcoming and the place itself is cozy and homely x

Surprisingly cheap and delicious food here. All vegan which is awesome. Helpful staff too. Only downside is there is no WC on the premises so if you have a weak bladder then have one before you go! That said the food came quick after ordering.

This is a lovely place. Delicious food at a really good price and right in the centre of Cardiff. The people are lovely too.

This is amazing place. The food there must be from the heaven. Everything soooo delicious and fresh. Nice chilling out music and topnotch service. Place is very clean and atmospheric. You really cannot expect more when you go for lunch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! btw. They also run Food For Life project, feeding people in needs for free, so you can support them.

Lovely food, we had an amazing curry, Dahl, chapati and rice and a Lassi. It was delicious and the people were very friendly. Very very reasonable too! Can’t wait to come back

I wanted to try a vegan curry for the first time, but wanting to have that full up and satisfied feeling, so I tried Atma and I've got to say that it was one of the best tasting food I've ever had.I can't shout their praises loud enough.Absolutely awesome food

Soul full and humble vegan food. Being Indian we were craving some home cooked food and I can honestly say this was like eating at home. Everything is just so amazing. The restaurant is very calming when you walk in with a really chilled vibe and lovely background music. They have tables at the front and sofas at the back which adds to the relaxed environment. We went here twice on our 4 day trip to Cardiff. We had the mango lassi, thali and chai. Everything was just brilliant and at such a reasonable price. The staff are also so lovely and make you feel really welcome. A must visit for anyone.

Incredibly wholesome food that is full of vitality and fills not just your stomach, but also your sense of wellbeing. Like how homemade bread tastes and feels better than supermarket bread, Atma food tastes and *feels* better than other restaurants. Delicious, wonderful, and amazingly cheap food. I love it here. The atmosphere is calm and lovely, and the staff are delightful.NB The Google Maps pin is wrong; Atma is located on the outside of this building facing out onto the street on the North side of the Capitol building.
