Cafe Citta in Cardiff

Still my favourite restaurant in Cardiff!! I just love this place, the food is the best Italian food I've had outside Italy. The staff are always so lovely and the place itself is small and charming. I cannot wait to go back, if I could I would give it more than 5 stars, Hoorah!

We booked as a party of 6, while the restaurant is small it's got a really good atmosphere. The food is all cooked fresh and is absolutely amazing and the portions are large. Staff are lovely, friendly and professional. Would definitely return

Small but mighty family run Italian in the heart of Cardiff. The food is authentic fresh & delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive. Its been around a long time and is still going strong for a reason 👌🏻recommended.

A lovely small intimate Italian restaurant located in a bustling side street ( Church Street ) in the heart of the City CentreFamily run , the staff are super friendly and helpful and go out of their way to accommodate diner's requests.Genuine home cooked Italian cuisine which is simply mouthwateringly delicious and you will have to go a very long way to find better in the city centreCan get busy so reservations are recommendedA fantastic restaurant for superb meal in a great atmosphereWe recommend it !

My daughter and I had a fantastic early evening meal. We shared a starter which was beautiful and more than enough for 2. Our mains were lovely and desserts amazing. The service was attentive without being overbearing. I did not need to eat until the following day!

What a lovely gem of a place. Excellent service and very friendly. Food was fabulous and really fresh. The only fault was the outdated toilet but they apologised for this and it was clean so certainly not marking it down for this.Thank you for a great meal and highly recommend this restaurant - beware though it's small and books up quickly so get it booked early.

Staff very friendly! Food was beautiful, visited with three friends and we all ordered different things and all were fab! Would deffo recommend this place to anyone visiting cardiff!
